Thank you so much for this video...I tried this with 1 of my dolls, changing whas needed of course, an this turned out amazing, again, thank you so much.
You are the best, for I want to make the peasants top, but without the knowledge of how to take the measurements and apply it, it's frustrating . You have the best approach to teaching, especially for beginners. Explaining this makes you a good teacher, for you have understanding mindfulness and honesty. Thanks for posting.
Quick question before I get started ... the front and back squares are supposed to be the full wrapped width? so if I measured at 46 inch I'd need to cut two pieces that are 69 inches wide?
Thank you so much for the tutorial! I'm pretty new to sewing and I looked at a few other peasant blouse tutorials that seem complicated but this one is just soo simple and your instructions are very clear. This is perfect, thanks! 🥰 subscribed!
I believe I made these sleeves 10” Long, if you want them longer just add that length and continue. So, instead of 10” long, make them 20” king of that’s your desired length.
Hi Geetha- if that’s what your measurements are then that’s what your measurements would be. Remember, you’re making this peasant top based off of your measurements- so mine were 10 (length) by 14 (width)- thanks!!
Thank you..Im a quilter but want to try my hand at clothing. You explain in easy terms and show everything. ❤❤❤
The first time I've seen someone sew the elastic into the sleeves first. It makes a lot of sense. Thanks for showing this.

Your bust measurement x 1.5. For example bust 45x1.5= 67.5” /2= 33.75.. two squares cut of 33.75
@@SewingWithMinaLolita I knew I had to be missing something... thanks for the reply
NP- I should have been more clear for that step! Thanks!!
