What’s so impressive and mind blowing is how Coach Prime absolutely is on top of EVERYTHING and every time he speaks it’s totally on point and well thought out. He doesn’t just wing it or just all football. He says things that honestly make people watching think about themselves and if they can do better…at least he does that to me.
It doesn’t matter that I don’t know what any other coach in America is like…they aren’t like this. I’m not just talking about this one thing or a number of things he does as a coach that I’m sure all coaches do….but there is no way…no way that any other coach is like this.
I love the fact that other big schools didn’t want him or ever take him seriously. Colorado thought they were getting a coach that would get recruits and get the school a lot of attention. They had no idea the package he has brought.

I still treat them respectfully because alot of times they are older. I just think they are going by what they hear from their leaders and what the ignorant ones frm my culture has lead them to believe. It is my job to change the narrative. So that is how I live. Everything is captured on tape for receipts. It's funny how people were saying he needed experience to coach. Let's be honest at the college level you are a CEO as the head coach. You may put in a couple plays you like but it's the structure of your organization that wins. So he goes to JSu with no money and dominates in his first full year. Then he turns around and does it again. Now he is at Colorado with an open check book and he is repeating the same process he did at JSu by setting the tone up front with everything. Let's see what they are going to say this year? And for the record he is not nor wants to coach in the NFL even though he should, but he likes raising young men not men who are spoiled millionaires. Imagine if a player like Antonio Brown was under him years ago.
