This week I had the pleasure of sitting down with former Muay Thai World Champion James France aka Red Viper aka Badger! Badger is one of mine and Jordan Watson's lifelong training partners and we both recognise him as one of the best technical fighters to come out of the UK. He is an unsung hero of UK Muay Thai and has caused a lot of upsets in his career, coming into fights as an unknown underdog and beating his opponents in devastating fashion.
In today's episode we discuss the 2 big KO's from last weekends combat sporting events - Sangmanee vs Kulabdam (One Fighting Championship) and Povetkin vs Whyte (Matchroom Boxing). We also discuss the rise of the Red Viper, how he got into Muay Thai from a bodybuilding background and how he beat his first two opponents stoned!!! 🤣 🤣 I'm glad I finally got this guy into the studio alone because his stories are hilarious.
