Seriously people - if you want it to sound like the original, then listen to the freaking original song. Covers are played to improvise and put your own touch on an original. I like the original, and I also like his cover version.
KernelFactory this is more than just improvise man, he almost change the drum part completely. Im a drummer too and i know its hard to refuse those feelings to put fill everytime i got the chance but this is just too much for me. Gotta say he's an amazing drummer though
He's a good drummer don't get me wrong, but for a song like feel good inc, that's chill with a quick transition, he went to fast and it sounds out of place
After all, it's HIS cover. He should be able to jam out and do whatever he wants with it.

I’d say this would work well with the metal/ rock cover of this song. Great drummer though, just maybe not for that song specifically. The excess fills kinda drown out the mellow feel of the song.

Ikr. This is by far my favorite cover of his. It just rips hard. The drums sound great and the energy fits the song extremely well. All of his embellishments are pretty much spot on and interesting to listen to

Great cover but it sounded slightly faster than the actual tempo to me, i know some people add flavor by making variations of tempos in certain places but i mean the whole thing (just constructive criticism).
I came to comment the samw about the tempo... It is slightly faster than the original...
