This drone blends the line between 3inch ducted quads and 5inch freestyle rigs. It remains safe to use in close proximity due to the prop guards while providing plenty of thrust for a wide range of freestyle maneuvers and shines with its outstanding flight time and speed, great tune out of the box, and exceptional video range provided by the DJI air unit.
I would recommend this drone for FPV beginners flying outdoors (after a couple of hours in a flight simulator), but also for advanced cinematic flyers.
Please note that:
- adding a receiver is required if you don't have the DJI radio
- adding a voltage regulator is required to fly on 6s (the 3600KV motors are not rated for 6s) - Розваги

Hi @@azdean6897! That's a great question, and the answer really depends on what you would like to do with it. If you want to fly mainly cinematic to film something (in dynamic way) it's a clear yes. If you would rather fly crazy freestyle moves, you're better off with a 5" freestyle rig. Either way: Start by getting a radio (controller/transmitter) and spend some time in a simulator before you wreck your new drone and everything around it 😂. If you have the money and you're having fun in the Sim, I would totally recommend getting DJI's digital FPV system. It doesn't even compare to analog FPV 😅I hope this is helpful

How much flight time do You get out of it? ...I have mine just for couple of days and it feels heavy and Noisy. Flight time with 4S 1500mA/100C lasted about 3.5 minutes and this is not with GoPro attached...so far disappointing. When I flew for 4minutes I had less than 10% battery left.
Hi Libor, the ProTek35 is fairly loud. I'm currently trying different props which help with the noise but then I lose a bit of control. I didn't find the perfect solution yet. I don't think I've flown the ProTek without a GoPro, but 3.5min seems very short. Did you check how many mAh you charge back into it. Maybe the current sensor is a bit off. I've tried li-ion batteries with this drone, but they tend to be very heavy and get hot if I pull too many amps.
@@ImpactFPV Thanks for quick reply. today was my first flight with it and I will look at the settings and firmware options. Dshot600 was selected with filtering and ESCs are with the latest recommended version 16.7. Those batteries last's on my other quad much longer. I have to investigate much more. NICE country site I have to visit Switzerland one day!
