the gourd is meant to look like an ornament a chinese person might carry around. it's a facsimile of the old school wino thing of drinking wine out of goards, the way we carry around flasks or water obttles today. the beads on them, for example the one with brown dots look like it's meant to be a raksha bead.
I’m interested about those beads, what’s a raksha bead? All of my knowledge about gourds comes from schlock Chinese movies, where it usually involves booze of some kind lol. I tried to dry out a gourd a couple years ago, but failed and it ended up rotting haha
@negaducksays9368 you would be surprised how many weird knives are out there. I never really noticed them before I met JJJINKS. Now its a fun pass time of mine to try to find a new weird knife for JJJINKS to review.
