    No Knead Sticky Cinnamon Rolls - how does that sound?! This recipe is surely for those who do not love kneading, but still want to enjoy the delicious texture and taste a sweet fermented dough has to offer. You can't even tell this dough is so easy to make! Due to its long fermentation process, gluten has time to develop, so the final doughis soft and easy to work with and the baked rolls are fluffy and delicious, packed with not only caramel and butter taste, but also a specific fermentation aroma.
    The recipe itself is super simple, but the final result is delicious and that is a great win in my book, this being a recipe that anyone, regardless of their experience in the kitchen can make!
    Fermented dough are something I don't get to make that often nowadays, but every time I do, they instantly teleport me back to childhood when my grandmother used to bake all kinds of doughs, savory or sweet. I have amazing memories from that time of my life so baking these rolls was like walking back to the memory lane and revisiting my grandmother and her magic breads.
