That is at the Rose Hall Suites next door :) Grand is adults only, Suites is family friendly with the water park!
Just got back from there. Everything was lacking overall. Pick a different place altogether or go to the Cancun location instead. This location from service to food was a mistake.
Would you say all hotels in this location or just the Grand? I'm going to a wedding there next year and the couple has chosen the Grand but my family may consider one of the nearby sister hotels
@@TwistedGlitter if you decide to go stay at the “Suites” which is the middle set of the resort. The better service and food was there. Outside of that certainly consider other locations that give access to the beach.
I just returned a week ago from the grand and it is on the beach. We visited the Rose Hall and the outside beach appearance wasn't that great, this is the family resort. The lazy river wasn't working and had lots of debris in it. I can't speak on the rooms or food.
I've stayed here every year for 11 years.
