Background Story:
新职业美人鱼双形态，"吟潮”门派背景故事：
据古籍，鲛人始祖世代生存于南海。
《山海经》中记载：南海渚中，有神，人面，珥两青蛇，践两赤蛇，曰不廷胡余。 最初的南海被名叫不廷胡余的神所统治，他惯爱以鲛人之歌声取乐，故身边的青、赤两蛇常常下海捕鲛。
当一位鲛人声音嘶哑至无法发出声音，不廷胡余便会使之泣泪，鲛人泣泪成珠。所化之珍珠用来装点神之居所。
生变
鲛人始祖为改变世代被奴役的命运，便想化自然之力为己用，获取更为强大的力量对抗不廷胡余。
于是每逢雷电天气，鲛人就从海面上高高跃起，迎雷电而去，以鲛人肉身之驱握住劈下的电光，以期驯服雷电，它们称这种行为为：问天。
然，驯服雷电谈何容易，每位失败的驯电者都将被雷电所噬，坠落，最终葬身大海。
鲛人一族将每位因逐电而死的鲛葬于一处静谧的海底，它们称这片海域为--礼魂。让埋骨之鲛得以安息。
随着葬身之鲛数量越来越多，此地生出一种带有雷光电弧的花朵，遍布礼魂之地，此花对鲛人一族展开柔嫩的花瓣，对非鲛人一族展露出电光的獠牙。
每逢鲛人的重要节日，鲛人王便会带领族人来此祭拜，鲛人王会用王室秘传的声调吟唱安魂曲，安抚着先辈不屈问天的魂灵
故埋骨之地多洒泪泣珠，久而久之，此海域形成花朵与珍珠层层堆叠，它们掩盖着祖先的尸骨，慰藉着它们的魂魄。
取胜
当后人终于驯服了雷电之力，不廷胡余被击败，礼魂之地的尸骨不会再增加，鲛人成为了南海新的霸主。
为了纪念因追逐雷电而亡的鲛人们，鲛人一族决定更名为“吟潮”--吟潮相和，带领先辈的魂灵客居天下有水之地。
族人亦在礼魂之地树立了一座丰碑，用于铭记这段奋不顾身的时光。

《吟潮史典》乃鲛人成为南海之主后编撰的用于记录鲛人一族发展历史的书籍，他们将正式更名为“吟潮”之日算作潮汐历元年，更名之前统称为史前。
据《吟潮史典》记载：史前422年，有坠星下南海，至底为石。或见此谓之曰：坠石燃火，入水不灭。
当时的鲛人王名曰：惊澜。
史前421年，惊澜决定取坠星之力为己用，坠星属火，火与电相生，惊澜想借坠星之火，驯服雷电。
史前317年，经过近百年的不懈努力，惊澜炼化了坠星之力，以坠星之力为引，最终驯服了雷电。
史前317-112年，惊澜将雷电之术传授予族人，鲛人一族逐渐驯服雷电。
史前111-12年，惊澜带领族人与神明不廷胡余战斗，经过近百年的鏖战，最终击败了不廷胡余，领导了鲛人一族的解放，后世称此战为--弑神之战。
弑神之战后，鲛人们将不廷胡余的尸体封印于大海，让他以匍匐的姿势永远朝向礼魂之地，封印不廷胡余尸体的海域称为--问罪。
遗憾的是，惊澜在建立鲛人的统治地位之后，逝于潮汐历元年。
后世对于惊澜的死众说纷纭--

以植为被，引星长眠，以此来纪念坠星，同时感念自己当时所取用的坠星之力。此地的存在用以告诫族人：“有恩报恩，有仇报仇。”
之后，族人受到他人恩惠之时，总会取眠星之地的一块石头，嵌以自己的泣泪之珠，悬挂于珊瑚藻上。
久而久之，发光的石头像是星星一样悬挂于珊瑚藻周围，此地又被后世称作“星丛”。
《吟潮史典》记载：潮汐历1358年，眠星之地的坠星突发异动，吟潮举族皆惊，当时的鲛人王--汌白，前往坠星之地探查，却意外消失。汌白消失后，下任鲛人王，曾多次前往一个名唤“金沙”的地方。

史前430年，坠星下南海，此坠星乃受到天罚的金昬，金昬化为星辰，坠入南海，一身将熄的太阳之火被惊澜所用。
眠星之地的异动就是金昬化作的星辰感受到三星和金沙的危机而引发的。
而汌白的消失，就是被坠星之异动送往金沙，前去解救战火中的金沙，在那场大战中以自己一身妖力熄灭了太阳神鸟毁天灭地的神火，以身躯化作湖水，拯救了即将覆灭的金沙。
下任鲛人王感受到了汌白的呼唤，顺着呼唤的指引来到金沙湖内，而后多次前往金沙，试图将汌白的魂灵带回南海。

1. The movies filter removed any vibrant color.
2. The CGI animals looked creepy af
In comparison this animated vid has a lot of color and the world feels fantasy-magic like. Ariel's tail looked fine but was an ugly color in the movie.
I’ve always loved Asian CGI character’s esthetics, they are a perfect mix of photorealism and anime-like style, it’s just such a pleasant blend of reality and fantasy, of western and Asian beauty standards and art. Love it. This animation is incredible.
