Fisherfield Munros with a wild camp

- Myself , Tam Paul Andy Dave and Colin all headed to Incheril on friday night for setting of on the 7mile cycle in to Loch Fada to the bike drop off. From here we set of on the adventure to get over the first 4 munros Mullach Coire Mhic Fhearchair, Sgurr Ban , Rhadh Stac Mor and A Mhaighdean . we set up camp just down from the summit which gave us views down loch Fada, the next morning we headed down and on to the last munro Beinn Tarsuinn from here it was back to the bikes and the cycle back out to the carpark what an adventure we had.

Thanks Chris you must have got some stunning views with the weather this weekend, we had to drop down of the summit to camp as the weather wasn't great on the Saturday night but we still got a good spot over looking Loch fada. Its the hardest i have done to date but really enjoyed it even though it was hard. carrying the extra weight all the way round was something else when your not used to it . on to the next adventure. Hi thanks again mate for following along on the adventure . It was a great experience in a great place it's so remote . was a hard old slog with all the camping gear as a lot of ups and downs but was all part of the adventure. Thanks again Ally 👍

Thanks Andrew they sure are a tough mountain range just so glad to do them. The weather wasn't the best on the Saturday night so didnt get the views we were looking for but at least it stayed dry from when we set up camp all ways a bonus. Atb Ally 👍

Definitely one for the memories Tam was hard going but even harder for yourself with the bike ride as that was energy sapping, looking back it was worth it for the experience and adventure . Great company again tam and the journey up and down felt shorter when your chatting away as you no it's a long drive. Roll on the next adventure ATB Ally 👍

🤣i still cant find it Dave ,think the gps was playing games with us 🤣was a brilliant trip and the company was fantastic everyone kept motivation each other which we needed on that final push on the Saturday night , what a place so remote but was surprised how many people we came across on the 2 days. roll on the Dart and don't need to carry tents a wee bonus. Thanks Janice that has to be the hardest walk i have done was good to do it as a group as we all kept pushing each other on, didn't get the views we wanted but still managed to get glimpses but so glad we get them done. Atb Ally 👍

Brilliant Ally, that was a super edit, hats off to you guys for what you did.having done 3 of them with light packs that was enough for me.😂😂 great mountain range and pity you never got views from campsite or 2nd day. It was great seeing some of the gang along with you and I’m sure the banter would have been good👍

Thanks Frank tried to get as much footage as possible was hard going with the full packs on aswell this has to be the hardest walk to date. so glad to do them waited a long time and to get to do them with some of the gang was the icing on the cake even at 8pm after being on the go for 13 hours everyone was still trying to keep the spirits up. was a bummer the weather changed on the Saturday night but we still got some good views from the tents and the rain stayed of so dry tents always a bonus. looking forward to the next adventure. Thanks Donny now i know why put it of for so long🤣 na was really glad to finally get the chance to do them but was the hardest i have done. after 13 hours nonstop bike and hiking i didn't think i had the energy to put the tent up😂 wee all fell a sleep shortly after dinner there was no party😂 but was a great experience one for the memory bank. Thanks Kev was absolutely brilliant and very hard going but what a place , even when we didn't get the views it was still a great couple of days. We got a great camping spot over looking loch fada great waking up to that view. Really want to get back up some day to do Beinn Dearg Mor looks a cracker the ridge looks brilliant aswell did you do a video when you done it kev be good to see. Atb Ally 👍

Andy that's the hardest day out i have had the big drop in middle was tough going carrying all the camping equipment think we were about 5 hours between those summits with a half hour lunch, its some place up there can remember watching your video you came in that way as well. Nearly burnt my brakes out coming back out down those hills 😂 Atb Ally 👍

Thanks murchie was a real hard one with having to carry the full kit the full way but was an adventure to remember loved it mate it's a stunning place and so remote, look forward to getting some more wild camping done, roll on Thursday with be a great night. Atb Ally 👍

Thanks Andrew that was a the hardest hike definitely spread it over the 2 days as it has a lot of ups and downs but hopefully you get to do them as its an experience, would have been great to get the views but the weather came in and we had to drop down from the summit to camp but still got a good spot. Absolutely outstanding video Ally mate. Well done. Hopefully I can do this one day but definitely need to purchase a bike. I think I missed yous by a night. I stayed up their on sun the 5th and went up Slioch on the Monday the 6th. That was a tough slog. Looking forward to see what you get up to next. Your videos are brilliant and love your drone footage.

Thanks Alan i tried to collect as much footage as i could but as the day went on and 13hours later was finding it hard to film just wanted in the tent but managed to get enough 😂we had to camp down of the summit as the weather wasn't great but still got a cracking spot over looking the loch. i was so glad to get my bike back in time for this trip as the cycle in would have be a hard one if i didn't have the electric bike helps you out so much. we left the car park about 12.30pm on Sunday afternoon just missed you by a few hour possibly. Brilliant adventure Ally with those stunning views you captured. Shame the weather clagged in on the last day. My mate Paul has done The Fisherfield round twice both times solo and back when the Corbett was a Munro, he even included Slioch on his first go. Absolutely top drawer Ally!! Maybe not the best weather and maybe hard to get loads of filming but this is an epic wee memory of an absolutely fantastic weekend! Your right it’s one of those trips you think about a lot on the Munros journey and you captured it brilliantly! An absolute pleasure to join you and the team on a very memorable trip! Was a pleasure Paul and to manage to do it with some of the team was great, was hard going but loved it from start to finish was a special adventure and one we will always remember I was think I am so glad I turned back last year when I was attempting them myself as I would has mist out on doing it with you guys .
