Yes outdoors is good for your soul. I’m sitting in my gazebo crocheting while I watch you! Great job with the yarn dying! Thanks for the tips on the sock loom - I’m going to get mine out and give it a go one of these days.
Bless your heart girl..for not running over him or her, because you are so right, they do startle us but they do ,do more good. I saw blanket on the back of your couch, love it. Did you say mile a minute, duh I'll go back and check. Love the yarn and wanted to listen to how you did it anyway, very generous gift BTW.
Hello. Omg if I seen a snake while mowing my grass I would start screaming and running the other way. I hate snakes. Love your hand dyed yarn can't wait to see what you make with the yarn. Please take care
Beautiful rug.love the colors in Mile a Minute. You have been busy snake and all. Slinky is a good snake to have for a neighbor. When you are back on line Google controlling tension on a loom.
I’ve been wanting to try to make socks with a sock loom. I’ve done a little bit of research on how to make socks with a sock loom unsuccessfully. I don’t feel confident yet in buying one yet I want to real bad. There are just so many different styles to choose.
Well, here's how I look at it. I'll never get good at it. Or know if I like it, until I try it! I say go ahead and get one. If you hate it you can always throw it in a giveaway!
Oh my goodness.... I jumped when the snake vid came on!!!😲 I used to have a phobia about snakes, but really worked on desensitising myself & can now at least look at one on a vid, but they still totally freak me out!🐍 Gorgeous yarns you died!😍 Blessings from South Australia💕🐨
Your blanket is beautiful! I just bought all the supplies to knit socks. The Crazy Sock Lady is having a sock camp CAL. But I also just ordered a book on how to crochet socks as well. One way or another I am determined to learn how to make socks.
@@brittanymcclung3404 really happy with my turquoise / blue gradient second - first dye was pink ... second dye it was a deep salmon gradient they should be dry later today!
H, hey! I bought a sock loom too! I don't remember where I got it, but it's wooden and it came with a video instruction..I'll be checking out utube. I'm glad I see you adjusted the center bar over..good grief you're just a peanut, while I have kankles. Now I know I gotta move that bad boy down to make room..
Hey Britt, great video - you should name the snake in your garden.... what a monster! Love all the makes, your Mile a minute blanket is working up sweet! Your hand dye yarn looks like a toucan bird (if that’s the right spelling).
Make a basket for the babies room to keep the yarn in atm and then you can keep the wip in there when your working on it! Any then it can all be gifted to Holly when your ready! Then if you miss your basket you can make a new one with the colors you choice!!
I was watching Urban Yarn and he said to come check you out, love seeing hand dyed yarn. I really liked the combo color on the 2nd hank, keeps it summery/light. I have the same sock loom and could not figure out the instructions, so I gave up. I have meant to get around to finding a video but first I need to figure out where I hid the loom, lol.
Love all your projects! That rug is awesome! Your blanket colors came out beautiful! Have a great weekend! Blessings 💜 P.S. You should give the snake a name 😁
I sure hope so!!! They're doing construction across the field, so mice are definitely present in our yard and we have killed a good number of them in the house.
I bought a sock loom because I want socks. I don’t Knit and don’t like the crocheted socks I’ve tried. I can’t figure out how to use the loom and I’ve watched videos on UA-cam and STILL can’t figure it out!!
Britt, I know exactly what pick set you mean, too!! My daughter makes hats and scarves with the looms and I bought her a set and me one. I use them to pick the meats out of nuts we harvest in the Fall.
LOVE that first hank! All the unicorn vibes haha adorable!

I picked up those picks today. So I'm going to give rose a try and share on my next video how they work. :)

Awww he's a good guy to have around. He eats mice. So im all for him!! Lol doesn't Australia have even crazier critters than snakes??
@@brittanymcclung3404 I guess so, but snakes were my phobia!!💕🐨

Ohhh I didn't think of that. It does look like a Toucan!!! I still love all of your over dyed yarn. It gives me joy. Lol
Came over from Gary at Urban Yarn. Love your dyed yarn. Your snake looks like our Diamond Python.
He's a cutie, we just don't need one in the house!!! Lol

Gary from Urban Yarn sent me over! Watched several of your videos and I subscribed. I love the yarn haul videos!
Yay!! Gary is the best. I will be sure to thank him!

Hahaha!!! Isn't it crazy hoe things hide from us after they've aggravated us? Those instructions are HORRIBLE!!!

We have a tail-less squirrel in our yard we named Bob. Maybe I will name the snake Billy. Hahaha!
That would be funny 😆 Bob better stay away from Billy! Lol
Hi I met you during Christas live. You are too sweet. 🙏🏽💗🦋
Hiii!! Yes, we talked quite a bit on there. 😁
I think that snake finds lots of mice, judging by his size 😀
Yes! His size actually made me wonder if he was a pet at one time
I sure hope so!!! They're doing construction across the field, so mice are definitely present in our yard and we have killed a good number of them in the house.
