@acefjom it depends, mine are mostly breast tissue(they aren’t affected by weight gain/loss etc) and they are HEAVY. All the doctors and physical therapists I’ve seen have confirmed that the only thing that will help is a reduction(I’m aiming for a mastectomy though) because they’re so extremely huge🤷🏻♀️
