Since you are in Dubai ,you may aswell do a food tour in Pakistan and do visit the northern areas (Hunza Valley) they are outstanding ! Their are other youtubers out in Pakistan at the mo all crazy about food,maybe you could do a colab with them! All the best.

Without being disrespectful.....this restaurant by no means represents iranian food. First of all that lamb shank should be served with dill and broad beans. The koobideh and the joojeh kebabs are not up to par. This is simply my opinion considering im half iranian and lived in tehran for 3 years. If you would like traditional iranian food my go to place is CASPIAN in barsha. Abshar is also very good.

As an Iranian I can tell you that Al Ustad is far from proper Iranian kabab. The portions are ridiculously small, their flavors are more Indian inspired and everything was so dry. However the most frustrating thing is the way all these influencers, like yourself, hype this place up.
Well please be helpful in the comments and tell us all some great places to go? My Iranian friends told me about this place so I’d love to show them your recommendation
@@HEYMANFOODREVIEWS Shiraz nights, Shabestan and Iran Zamin just to name a few. It is clear as day that Al Ustad is a place that will go the extra mile for regulars/famous people but not for the average customer. Just look at the reviews on Google. Lots of people who state that this establishment isn’t the same as it was back in the day.
No their food is Southern iranian, which has more indian flavours even in Iran because of closeness to South Asia but it is 100% Iranian

Salaam Bro what's the experience when compared to UK food? I've lived in Saudi Arabia and found that in comparison UK food is a lot better. They also don't have homemade chilli sauce in any restaurants which is bizarre to me and a lost opportunity

Sofreh is way better than Al Ustad Special. Not even remotely close. Al Ustad isn't even moist. Most of their kebabs are dry to me. Sofreh is completely juicy, moist and flavorful.
I'm always In debate with me friends about the food in dubai much testy ,yummy than here in uk ,I need Yr opinion about it plz .

I live in Dubai and have been there. The kebabs are nowhere the best in Dubai. AROOS DAMASCUS has the best mixed grill n hummus , DELHI DARBAR seekh kebab.

This restaurant is overrated.. there is nothing special in kebabs the taste is not unique you will find better kebabs at lot of other places.. the serving is mediocre and prices are too high.. this place is a total ripoff..the only thing is.. its one of the oldest restaurant and they have created a hype for themselves..
