Just mind boggling what we never see or even know about, but now we do. It's a LOT!!!

Try to imagine me at 7am going through more than 10/15 sites in my head 🙏🤩

Davide, I always look forward to your videos. It's so interesting and informative how you bring an ancient home to modern times.

Looks awesome. Wife and I just started entertaining the idea of living in Italy.

It is a great idea, the most beautiful country in Europe! Anywhere is amazing 🤩

Hi Davide nice detail on the plumbing, your right putting in the arteries and veins for the heart of the house is the biggest operation.

You don’t see them and often are not appreciated, but this are really what make a house function properly ⭐️⭐️

Can't wait to see the finished look.
You're all doing such a great job.
My only concern are the stairs outside the downstairs pink rooms, my clumsy self would be tripping on that one in the middle of the door every time!!!
Look forward to the next episode 😍

That space is a bonus space, not really the main part of the house. You need to be a little extra carful 🙏⭐️

How difficult is it to remove plaster to expose the stone? Are there issues with asbestos? Do you need permits?

I have an idea they did not mix asbestos into the plaster like what was common practice in the USA.
I don’t know for sure this is the case. But the Italian builders seem to use cleaner materials.

Thank you. Is it expensive to remove the plaster?

If you are trying to achieve an exposed stone wall, you can limit yourself to exposing the stone, you need to shave it, clean it, fill all the joints and then treat it with a stone sealant.
Not big issues with asbestos in this type of properties 🙏
And yes, you do need a permit
