I apologize for commenting this in advance, but of the videos I've watched (others inc.), these penpal letters seems a bit.... impersonal. Like the conversation in this letter doesn't really go anywhere, it just explains the gifts that can easily be seen & wishes a happy birthday. The time and effort is quite beautiful, and perhaps that's where the thought and care is shown best, but I've noticed in penpal videos, the conversation stays at just an acquaintance level, and a bit dry- like someone you just talk to at a bus stop. I just wonder why that is Again, lovely video, and the end result as always is beautiful :-)
hey! I completely understand where you are coming from and I am replying so that everyone can see! When I film penpal videos I don’t write personal letters on purpose as they are going to be public on UA-cam. I am more personal in my letters when I’m not filming! Hope this makes sense 💖💖
Depends on your taste, but I feel like Dollar Tree has a pretty good selection of stickers for journaling! (Everything is $1 and try different locations for different options) I'd say art stores like Micheal's or A.C. Moore are great for stationary too, especially if you use the coupons in the weekly ads for all your purchases. (They always have at least a 40% off coupon available every week! Just pull it up on your phone and they'll scan it.) Hope this helps!
