I really like this one! The living space is great with large bedrooms and a good layout. It's in good condition so you could move in and do updates at your own pace. With 2 kitchens & 2 bathrooms, you can use one while you redo the other. Needs a shower for the smaller unit, but seems like there's probably a way to reconfigure the existing bath and the sink & laundry to fit in a shower somewhere. That unfinished room has a lot of potential. Also love the floors and vaulted ceilings! Looks like there's a nature preserve nearby even though there are no views or outside space with this one.

I love how ypu capture with the video the lamps, doors and some of the furniture. I have a suggestion: could you open the windows and doors so we can see the view? specially when there is a balcony. As a potencial buyer, I would like to see what I will see from windows and my balconies.
In some parts of the video you can see the outside of the windows (the view). I will focus much more on the view of the windows and balconies.

I love this house. I wish I could retire right now. Because I'd love to own it. But have to wait and work for another 10 to 12 more years

Just an amazing home. I’d cover over the green paint with white. I’d clear the hallway clutter…..so many hallways with little use. The three bedrooms are stunning- large and airy and ancient looking. I’m so disappointed that we didn’t see the windows open and a look at all the views! I don’t understand why the views weren’t shown. The first thing l would do is open out every door and shutter to let the light in and have flowing vintage white curtains. I would fully utilize the old stone rooms. Clear all the clutter clean it up and you’d have two remarkable stone arched rooms with huge potential! You certainly don’t need two kitchens unless of course you were thinking of apartments. I can’t get over the size of the rooms! What a remarkable house. Would someone mind buying it for me? Thank you in advance.

A very nice house I was wondering where the parking was and you didn't show The terraces from the windows so we can see what our view would be like I was also wondering if there was a little backyard. Very very nice apartment house and the price is amazing
The car can be parked in front of the entrance. There are small balconies that do not have a view of the hills. In some parts of the video you can see the outside of the windows. It does not have outdoor space.
