Following are some examples of universities that have dedicated astronomy departments. University of Texas at Austin, Cornell, Ohio State University, University of Michigan, University of Arizona, University of Washington, University of Maryland, University of Virginia, University of Illinois, UC Berkeley
You can try to enter a masters program on the subjects. After receiving the MSc, you can go for a PhD. It is the normal procedure in UK and Europe. But in the USA, you can directly apply for a PhD with your BSc degree.
As an undergrad, try to network with professors , postdocs, and PhD students in biology. LinkedIn is a good platform for this. Also twitter. Follow them on various platforms and you'll be able to know more about the current research and even ask direct questions from them. Try to join a research team for a summer project.
