  • Welcome to our detailed guide on unboxing and setting up the Speedy 360 and 400 laser machines! In this video, we take you through every step of the process, ensuring a smooth and safe setup of your new high-tech equipment.
    Delivery and Initial Inspection
The Speedy 360 and 400 laser machines are delivered via freight, securely packed in a wood-reinforced box on a wooden pallet, ensuring their safety during transit. Upon arrival, we recommend conducting a thorough walk-around to check for any significant shipping damages. While minor scuffs on the box are normal, it's important to note any serious issues.
    Unboxing Process Simplified
For those who prefer written instructions, scan the QR code on each side of the box. This QR code leads to simplified written unboxing instructions, complementing this video guide. The tools you'll need for unboxing are simple - a pair of scissors or a utility knife.
    Step-by-Step Unboxing
Start by cutting the two banding straps on the box.
Locate and rotate the four white twist clips on the long sides of the box clockwise to release the box sides.
Cut any tape holding the box top to the sides, then lift and set aside the box top and sides.
Remove extra supports and the wooden top frame.
Use scissors or a utility knife to cut away the plastic, especially around the machine's base.
    Machine Removal from Pallet
We provide ramps under the machine for easy removal. Use these ramps to create a lever and lift one side of the machine, then remove the blocks beneath. This might require an extra pair of hands. Ensure to remove all blocks before moving on to the next step.
Securing the Ramps (Optional but Recommended)
If unloading the laser alone, we suggest securing the ramps with screws for added stability. This ensures the ramps stay in place during the offloading process.
    Unloading the Laser Machine
Unlock the wheels at the front of the machine and ensure a clear path for offloading. Carefully guide the machine down the ramps, aligning the wheels properly for a secure and controlled operation. While it's possible to do this solo, we recommend having assistance for safety.
    Final Steps in Setup
Once offloaded, remove all protective plastic and tape, open the machine, and explore the contents inside. You'll find an accessory box with essential items like a lens cleaning kit, a quick reference guidebook, ethernet cable, metric hex keys, laser machine nozzles, a lens kit, machine keys, and the power cord.
    Calibrating the Overhead Camera
Inside the machine, there's also a sheet of Trolase plastic for calibrating the laser machine's overhead camera. This step is crucial for the optimal performance of your new laser machine.
    Ready for Installation
With these steps, your Speedy 360 or 400 laser machine is now fully unboxed and ready for installation and use!
