I had a feeling from the very beginning that the subject of children was involved with their breakup and so when Ryan came back I was determined not to get sucked into their romance. But I have to admit, even though i knew how it would eventually play out, they were beautiful to watch together. Their history was fascinating. Their spark was undeniable. And they had a touch of that sweet innocence that comes with first love rekindled. I was genuinely sad to see it fall apart at the end. If I were younger and I still thought love was enough, I would be shipping this couple so hard because they do have that *epic* romance to them. But after living my own version of that, I know neither Helen nor Ryan will likely change their mind on the subject of children…nor should either of them expect or try to make the other…and if that takes the two of them down different paths, it’s heartbreaking and disappointing but also for the best. Love doesn’t need to be forever to be meaningful. It just needs to be. This was a lovely tribute to them and their story. I enjoyed every second of it. Fantastic job!
I saw Heather Headley (the actress in this clip) in concert in Little Rock Arkansas with our symphony in ‘19. Magnificent voice, artistry and stage presence. A humble spirit too. One of the best evenings ever.

Why do casting agents always choose black women who are too old to play the part that women is nearing her 50s and as young as black women look they have access to black women who look young and youthful. It’s like they don’t what what girls to feel insecure so they purposely choose inaccurately that woman looks old enough to be that’s guys mother in law not his love interest
