This deck will be extremely strong when zexal world hits. Rn as it stands it has easy access to rank 4,7 and 10 which means utopia which means solid turn 1 issue fixed which is one of its only weaknesses.
This deck is truly strong and yeah, zexal will make it stronger.
Andres ACOSTA I get what you’re trying to say, but let’s take into consideration how each of the worlds were released. Synchros were barely usable when 5ds dropped, I highly doubt they’re gonna give us any good generic XYZ, maybe some decent archetypal stuff but utopia sounds like something we’ll get 5 months in.
Jordon Roy utopia is the maim character for zexals ace monster, if they don’t hive at least this then idk what konami is doing.
@@jordonroy6574 Wrong, we're getting utopia on day 1. Just like we got stardust on day 1 and neos/flame wingman on day 1. In a main box as a UR of course. But it will be there.

I'm still opening the box so had to switch some cards for now (1 slime for me as well atm)...Ultimate providence is working quite well since monsters in the graveyard are not useless at all, combo well with Contract or Nighthowl to synchro summon. Try it out DK
It's pretty interesting that the extra deck monsters are all named after historical figures.

Your guide has been immensely helpful. Started playing 2 months ago and this deck led me straight to Gold 5 without much hassle. Earlier I was Able to get to Gold 1 at the most.

i personally prefer 2 slimes and 3 contract with the swamp kings. the contract card is a way better top deck in later turns than a slime.(am talking about not free to play decklist)
this deck list looks pretty bricky tbh. You should have a contract with the gate and 2 slimes definitely to ensure you don't brick as easy

I tried this deck legit from bronze to gold real quick. The consistency is very great, defense quite great as long as you have the continuous trap, offensive is super. Overall this deck is quite broken. Most importantly recommended for F2P players that are new.

I went through the box about 1 1/3 times, because I drew D/D Swirl Slime and Dark Contract with the Gate early.
Also, I run Dark Necrofear.
I've decided on a reset myself in order to get a second swirl slime. Decided to just reset rather than go for a second copy of genghis. I'll just grab him on my second run (hardly started on the box but I got swirl and had at least 1 copy of the good contracts).

That Kaiba player at 16:00 had lethal by just popping the oracle king and then swinging....I'd be pissed if i notice that i did such a misplay...

The only thing I'm missing is a swirl slime. I bought about over 100 packs already and still can't get it. But I did manage to just use the forbidden dark contract and pendragon and typhon. Then combo with nighthowl to get alexander.
Is there a video where I can learn how to use the toggle properly?

Feel out when to turn on and off. Had people surrender cause I toggle properly, they make all their plays, go for lethal I turn on toggle for last attack and hit them with sphere. They rage quit cause they expended all resources on one turn kill
Also practice on npcs and at gate. Practice with toggle on instead of auto. See what cards can be activated at the last possible phase of battle steps.
Keep it off. Mainly because ill win that way :)
The box was kinda trash ngl, but I had to open cuz my gems were expiring so here I am now, sux that malefic and cyberse cards are still unplayable now, feels like a huge waste of gems, the only playable cards we got from opening the new box is D/D and the crystal beast support

You probably had a lot of luck though. I spent 9k gems for the core
Breno Manhaes I was lucky for sure, but I spent 1k for searching 2nd spectral sword to finish the deck :< so it could be even cheaper
Jonathan Joestar 2 solitare and 3 squires. I prefer playing gozuki instead 3rd solitare. About the raigeki there are better cards, only got one and dont even use it :) I opened solitare and squire in first 5 packs so I reseted and got 2nd squire in 1st pack so I reseted again. I had a problem to get spectralsword when I already had all other cards for the deck xD
It’s all immaterial though right because every competitive version of shira runs 3 chain 😅
Sam Hill you can say same thing about all other decks that use any backrow cards.

As a DDD tcg player, this deck is like super strong with some cards that’s not in DL yet
I did that deck with destiny draw skill with yugi since life point -1000 every turn and some kuribohs for protection
For f2p would it be better to go for this or lunalights? (Looking for a f2p deck you can get from a single box) also taking any other suggestions besides this two like aromage etc

Box contains 180 pack bro so going to buy box 1 time means open the packs untill he get all the cards😅
It means most of the cards in a box. Like, all those cards are in the d/d/d box and you need to only go through the entire d/d/d box once to get those cards. Sorry for the terrible explanation
Also 50 gems is 1 pack, the box is 150-200 packs

Wrong. Cyberstein effect is a cost. You pay life points, you don't take effect damage.
Hariz Aiman Nah it wont work, i had the lp absorbtion card on the feild when i used cosmic cyclone and i still took Damage, so i doubt it would work for cyber stein :/

I used the skill Master of Fusion, and it allowed me to get into ragnarok very easily to overpower the big boi monsters

Would you consider luck a skill set because i might just have bad luck as my skill set when it comes to using other peoples decks, And no you do not need to ask if my decks are consistent. I copy decks, mostly duel links meta decks, but somehow i wind up going against people who seem to ironically counter every card I use to a T.
For this deck all I’m missing is 2 typhon 2 pendragon 2 nighthoul 1 contract the searchable sr one (forgot its name) and 2 of the trap cards ( forgot its name)

Im just worried about the pend dragon and them banishing it. Not a bad deck and about to play with it. Its understandable.
All I’m missing for this version of the deck is one more dark contract and two typhons and the ur fusion and I’m done
this deck is decente as it stands and will only improve extremely consistente in tcg and in dl it will be stupidly consistente and able to cheat some boards that are simply ridiculous. lets wait for zexal for some good xyz (wich ddd can cheat easly ) and then also some basic stuff as necro and lamia. have to love sigfried as a easy to do semi-generic (requires a dd tuner) lvl 8 synchro capable of shuting down black magic circle with its quick effect of negating the effect of 1 face up spell for the turn. rlly hyped for the future of this deck
Which xyz monster are you talking about? Cause if I remembered correctly in the tcg the only xyz monster that DDD use is Kali Yuga the rest are of the extra deck are syncro, fusion, and link

It's a pendulum variant deck and the usual plays are building a board with Siegfried and Crystal wing for negates. Please enlighten me with DDD making xyz plays besides Kali Yuga
In dl theres no real need to use only kali yuga. There will be good on generic xyz and DDD being capable of summoning an onslaught of monsters make them easy to do

Slime is literally the engine for this deck. You can't substitute it.

I was wondering about this box... They add Malefic Stardust.. and Stardust is not easy to get like Red Archfiend Dragon you can just get in a structure deck for 1K.. >.> Konami should make a box for Stardust too.. since this is just kinda stupid....

Agreed, you can get lunalights instantly by buying judgement force, while getting the powerful lightsworn engine. Another option is going for shiranui on soul of ressurection, which is a way better deck but will take a bit more time to get it to an usable state

The archetypes introduced do not require support from previous boxes unlike Judgement Force (Blue-Eyes, Lightsworn), or Future Horizon (Cyber Dragon, Dark Magician) and its decks are likely to receive further support in the future. Now, to give a relevant answer to OP, we would need to know what exactly he likes to play or plans on doing. Generally, Main Boxes introduce decks that are more powerful and last longer than Mini Box archetypes. Notable exceptions to this include Shiranui and Ritual Beasts.

Man this deck has insane recovery with Howler.
The only recovery and searcher is respectively Howler and Gate
However, some of Fusions and Synchros have recovery effect

yeah, it's not like Leonaidos is in the game so he would most likely not get out of that 3k burn on his turn and together with a direct attack from the synchro it would be game.
