I finally completed my aromages after a few months (I play very sporadically for bursts of time so it takes me ages to build up a deck) and I've been laughing my through all my duels since. I haven't had this much fun since I put together the Magician Girl/Quintet Magician deck. I went consecutively 20-0 one season with that deck

for karma cut, and other similar trap that target your monster, you can use blessed wind to save it.
but I'm agree is feel great when facing back removal card. not mention BW deck. the game end quickly
Sadly you can't really bluff with this deck due to that. You have to flip up all your traps on the opponents draw or you risk having that night beam or galaxy land. Neither can do a thing when everything is already face up and they aren't quick play spells so they can't react with them.

I recommend playing multiple Rosemary cards. A ton of decks will banish this card leaving with you with no safe attack on monsters.
I play this deck with one cananga and two Rosemary's. You're right about the banishing, because Aromages have no banish recovery

i remember when i started playing aromages, Rose Lover was an unlimited card. when it got hit to 2 copies, i still played it!
The only card missing is the synchro level 6 "Sweet Marjoram" konami didn't add this card in duel links, at this time it's abused since XYZ will come soon !

Aromages is awesome! Even in tcg, they quite competitive, with the link jasmine and sweet marjoram.. i can even recover after 3 negates at turn2..

Insanely fun deck that is almost entirely f2p. If you have only one deck, definitely build toward this. It is a perfect example of how creative some decks can be.
Xavier the two Humid winds are even mandatory, one copy and replacing dry winds with the aro tuner is plenty competitive already

If u don’t mind bricking sometimes. Use this deck with Pegasus mind scan is kinda fun. Makes me feel safe
Be careful with this particular deck, you have to play around karma cut, aromages can't return banished cards, you can jump them back with cananga or play around them with blessed winds, but both are once per turn so be careful, if you lost marjoram and rosemary is gonna be hard to get back.
then u haven't utilize this deck to max. when enemy use karma, u can active blessed wind to save your targeted monster and put it in GY. and put it back again to field in enemy turn. there are reason why you put blessed wind 3x

Still perfecting my aromage deck. My lack of knowledge may be holding me back, but it's fun! If you aren't reducing LP whaterudooin? These cards are gooood BUT if better more efficient cards are introduced, of course they'll be popular/better. Using Cyber-stein twice in a match is hilarious, especially with a cards like Thousand Eyes Restrict or Alt BEUD. Constant life point gain. I thought of DNA surgery so everything is plant. I had it at a 50 card deck, moving down to 45 slowly
and i thought metaphys or spellbooks is a "slow" deck... this deck is quite the yikes lol.

With Dry Winds, if you use it’s effect to drop LP equal to your opponent’s in order to destroy cards, correct me if I’m wrong, but if you do this before you increase LP with Garden or Gardening, you can still use it’s second effect after you gain LP.
E.g you can potentially destroy all three of your opponent’s cards.
If it says dried can only be used once, if it says each of its effects then it allows both per turn

This deck would really rock with 5 spell zones, or at least if it could remove its own backrow so you can switch humid to dried after it's no longer useful or fit a solemn scolding on the field too.

1 or even 2 Solemn Scolding might be a nice option instead of Dried Winds to prevent the activation of a backrow removal effect or even the summon of some annoying monster.

In yesterday's stream Serenity used a different version of Aromages, 2 Rosemary and 1 Cananga, is it better than this one or just was an experiment?
I play 2 Rosemary now, 2 rosemary is pretty necessary to beat witchcrafters
@@angelgomez9549 hey serenity, what do you think of a version of Aromage with "what grows in the graveyard " and naturia rosewhip? it's a version focused on seraphy-rosemary, I'm also using rose archer instead cananga and I reserved 2 slots for tech cards as forbidden chalice, with jasmin's draw power I cut the humid winds, the only problem with this version is the brick...

Definition of control. My favorite go-to deck but I also like the array of synchros that it can synergize with, you got Brionac, even Samsara, now give us Sweet Marjoram

Booby trap e is good for when your backrow gets destroyed.
Have you got an updated version of this deck? I only ask as blue eyes decks and the vermilion dragon mech are able to completely negate aromage even if you have a full back row and 3 cards on the field

@@kalamander8563 That is true, but you don't have all of those copies available at the start of the duel. So those extra copies don't help when the backrow you have on the field gets wiped and it's your opponent's turn
Come here because I play against aromages 10 times in a row in the turbo duel event going on now. I win with ddd deck because of beowulf (8 wins 2 losses).
I honestly would just spare 1 of the traps for the Tuner. Not using the ability to Synchro summon in Aroma is tunnel vision yourself too much. This is YGO, like dzeef has said, you need that stuff "in case shit happens"
I don't agree at all. Angelica doesn't help your early game and only strengthens your already insane mid-late game. There is no matchup where you need to synchro. Every deck is beaten in the late game with the monster lineup presented in the video. Cutting one of the traps and going to 8/6/6 significantly hurts consistency compared to 7/6/7
for an extra f2p version can you play 3 dry winds and 1 humid winds? i dont want to spend too may gem because im saving for zexal :)
Bergamot too good to pass up. Piercing damage deals with a lot of stall players/decks and for it to give that perk to all monsters along with the atk buff of garden and the syncro is just awesome.
bergamot bricks you early game and is winmore late game. by definition a useless card

@@WNTDHITMAN the problem is it winning faster does nothing if you're gonna win later anyway. Bergamot will lose you games where you draw dead hands with him, while "wins" you games you would've won anyway
The only use I've found with Bergamot is to overpower stuff as a beatstick, there aren't really situations where you can abuse the piercing since you would most likely win by that point by controlling anyway. I agree with the synchro options
@Ahmet Emin Summoning it with gardening is possible but I find better use with other aromas to control like Cananga to remove Necro, basically slower and safer. And yeah starting with Bergamot highly ruins the consistency
extra deck is not entirely needed for this build up, but still if I want to add some monsters in the extra, which one will suit good?
trishula is the only one you can summon, and you might as well have it as you don't use your extra

Honestly, I’m never happy facing this deck because it can be tough if you let them stick around!! They benefit for lp loss and have great monster effects.
Took out one blessed winds and jasmine and put in another blue aromage and one red one. You honestly need it because the deck you show off is great until you run into someone whos playing blue eyes or something else that's over 3000attack. The process this deck uses to get over large numbers takes too many steps and has too much opportunity for interruption

I've been using aromages for months now and my biggest problem is when my the opponent gets rid of my backrow with cards like cyclone, trunade, raigeki break, and basically any card that pops the backrow. do you have any tips for that?

2 solemn scolding can be fit reducing 1 blessed wind and 1 dried wind from your 20 cards.
I personally use 3 solemn scolding.
You must have 1 solemn in starting hand so that you can negate very first big summon and win in very beginning
Flip over your traps during the draw phase to prevent Night Beam and Galaxy Cyclone from activating from the hand. You can bait t2 CC by activating Aroma Garden before Gardening if you start with both. Be careful when you play Aroma Garden + an Aroma monster; you can protect one of the two from Bad Aim depending on the order you play them in.
I played this and actually checked my replays. I open marjoram 6 times out of ten

Sometimes Aromage can be really scary thats why Im always playing Assault mode RDA it can counter thus heavy backrow deck like this

I personally play with solemn scolding for black rose dragons
I used to play Solemns but it has lost value since last meta because there is a lot of 1 card boss/power cards (BRD, Sunsaga, Quarion, Levianeer ect). Dried Winds is a lot better in this meta because of witchcrafter and invoked neos/esaber

I'd cut one dried winds for another Rosemary tbh,if your one copy is in risk of being banished and you can't send it to the gy to save it,you're screwed. I'd argue angelica and Synchro rosemary are also worth running but I guess they're not essential
I've cut the 2nd Cananga for a 2nd Rosemary after my MCS top. 2nd Rosemary is pretty necessary to win the witchcrafter matchup it seems. Other than that, I wouldn't go back to 8/6/6 balance, 7/6/7 is just more consistent
My problem with synchro is you can't chain its life gain effect to opponents cards

I use cosmic fortress gol'gar to return all face up spells/traps to the hand. I mostly beat them with that.

If you are the one using it , it's great and if your opponent using it , it will be toxic and cancerous at the same time.
Gravekeepers and Aromages are the only playable stats I have rn. Had Amazoness and D Heros on an old account and tried building Shiranui recently, but Aromas are definitely the best I've played yet.

@@Ichizaka_Kururi yeah. I don't blame u. I rarely use my dm deck anymore :/ it's not consistent. Sm times you'll draw into spells and traps and nothing else. Or the rare occasion and have a dm in your hand or illusions. I just use my superheavy samurias and my invoked magician GIRLS. No lie both super super powerful

HOW are you sitting there with 15,000 R jewels and not making some cards prismatic!? Ive spent 135,000 R jewels (ie all of them Ive ever had) making my favourite Card Trader cards prismatic (Or glossy if they are N/R cards)
