Nope. The facility has a No Recording policy as they have sensitive and confidential information. Since he violated building policy, he was told to leave countless times by employees and management.

When they do apologize, provide them with this:
Ask for a hand-signed letter of apology from the chief of the police. Also demand that they conduct a root-cause analysis for how this happened and then complete a corrective-action plan with steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again. The plan must include milestone with named owners and estimated dates of completion for each action. Require that they provide the both documents to you and follow up with you when completing or rescheduling each action item.

The Lieutenant at the station wasn't as careful as he thought he was. He continuously tried to rationalize enforcing policy. He would have made himself look alot better remaining silent and just let you do the talking. The female Commander knew not to get involved and used the Lieutenant instead. The Lieutenant was really trying to find some fault in you. Duh...its recorded. Fake (this guy) sergeant Keel needs anger management. He shows insecurities when standing against another man, who knows their right. Imagine when no one is recording. His partner arrived bias and needs to stop pointing his fingers at people. The entire department is ignorant and needs to be educated. DCFS, the ownest of privacy in a public setting is on you. A follow up is mandatory. Good job Mr. James, per usual.
The female Commander was a coward and shoveled the job to a Lieutenant Neal who knows nothing about trespassing from a public entity. He continued to try to enforce a policy that has zero authoritive backing. TTA tried to explain but big dummy Neal would not listen. His way or the hiway sue me is in his thoughts
