Wow, this girl is insane and ridiculous. I just recently stopped being a notary out here in California, I have had my commission for about 8 years. When your commission expires you have to turn in the record book to the Secretary of State- I’m sure it’s like that in all states. Every detail and record is archived and stored for future issues where there’s a court proceeding and the notary is called into question. The commission number, dates, name for everything would have to line up perfectly with the notary’s turned over record book, and the entries have to match. While we don’t have to know anything about what we sign, we are held by law to verify the name of signer, ID, dates of signing, witnesses and if there’s any conflict of interest. And the state keeps “the retired book”, and we destroy our stamp and anything else. It’s absolutely frightening being a notary because people have shady intentions and want you to bend the rules and you are held liable for so much! That’s why I stopped! Not worth it! Thanks for the great stream G! I followed this everyday and became a member but somehow I’m only Patreon for you now?! I’m sad I came to this late!!!❤
I, too was a notary (in New York). I took my oath very seriously as well. I am still baffled as to how she thought she was going to pull that off and have those papers notarized!
Not all states require that. I’m a notary and I’m always shocked at the different laws state by state. Example: in one state you can charge whatever you want and can be an actual criminal, not going to name the state😂 expires in 10 years and not been convicted of a felony, is all I’m going to say about it.

Ok who delivered this? Well I worked at a prison and it could only be a lawyers B employees of the jail It could not be her mom she doesn't have human to human contact with visitors.
I'm wondering if Jessy asked her attorneys to deliver her "notes from trial" for her mom to review. I believe that those notes would be protected and could be shared. I think the lawyers could have been fooled. Who knows. The only thing certain is that Jessy wrote that letter.
I also think it could have been someone (an inmate) who was getting out and took them with, claiming they were their own legal papers, and hand delivered them to the Jessica person. I know that people in jail will do those kinds of things for each other
As if Jessy didn’t know what her trial regarding, she is complaining about having to listen about Liz’s life and death?! What the actual??? I hope she gets life without the possibility of parole. She is horrendous! Oh my! Thanks for bringing us this coverage!
How can they say she did not write this? She was continually writing and erasing during the trial. It is her had writing and it is written on trial notes! Now who would have access to Jessy's trial notes? I think the friend of Jennifer Flower's male friend that testified or a jail guard got the "book" out. She is so coniving. She has to be related to Murdaugh.
They, without a doubt, know she wrote it. They have to say it's an "allegation" strictly for legal purposes. There is not a single person in the world that doesn't think she wrote it.
I’m under the impression that Jessy’s attorneys recognize HER handwriting and no longer want to represent her because her lies and fraudulent activities are right in their faces.
Her female attorney said she saw her own handwriting on the notes and she recognized the notes she wrote (implied back and forth with Jessy ) essentially telling the Judge that she knows that Jessy wrote it
I’m thinking that she thought it would make her look like a victim and she’d have the “evidence “ for an appeal, but now after listening to her say that of course she didn’t write the letter/ instructions, she’s blaming her lawyers and maybe working on in effective council appeal.
As I recall from the hearing about this letter, they stated that the letter was written on the back of one of her lawyers' trial notes, not on her [Jessys] notes.
So I just saw this after watching the sentencing live today and I HAD to subscribe!! Thank you for your comedic energy because we definitely needed it after this mess!! ❤
Thank you Mary, so kind of you. Gisela let’s us know how grateful she is, for you doing this Mary!!!! Thank you Gisela and Mary. !!!!We love your professionalism and dedication Gisela
If ‘Lynne’ says in these letters she’s tried suicide a few times, and failed. Why is she so sure this ‘final attempt’ will succeed? Why is she only recording tapes and writing letters before the ‘successful attempt’. The only people who knows it succeeded are those around after her death. And if drinking the eye drops made her feel so good, with no pain and finally sleeping well, why does she still want to die? Wouldn’t she just think she’d found a ‘medication’ that finally worked?
Jessy is truly a piece of work. She seriously thought anyone would fall for this. I dont know whether she is plain crazy or to be pitied. Imagine how much trouble she can stir up with her new friends in jail.
This is the absolute the most diabolical twisted and beyond confusing "instructions" to another, this lady needs to be locked up just for this, obviously what she's guilty of, but someone like this out in the world we DO NOT need....her lawyers must be beyond disgusted
The judge says to prosecution...wouldn't you want to have a complete investigation? Interesting. Jessy is going down further than she already is. What a low life.
She's been convicted of murder. I don't know law but how does a letter after being convicted have anything to do with the sentencing? She wrote the letter. Who the heck else would write it.
Yeah, she definitely wrote it. I think it was mentioned that part of what a judge must consider for sentencing is the character of the guilty party. I think they may have said that's 1/3 of the sentencing considerations, but I'm not sure. But, yeah. She's going away for life regardless.
i don't believe her lawyers had any involvement with smuggling the letter out of the jail or delivering it to jessica. jessy's mom couldn't have done it because i don't see how jessy would have been able to give her the letter without being discovered by a deputy - pretty sure visitations are no-contact whether it be behind glass or video, and inmates are always thoroughly searched before and after visits. the only 2 possible messengers would be either a deputy at the jail, which though plausible i find highly unlikely, or another inmate recently released from the jail, which is who i believe did it. since she is still at a jail, inmates are constantly cycling in and out of custody, and during the release process it is highly likely for inmates to have paperwork in their possession, like court documents or letters they received while in custody, and these papers are never searched so it would have been very easy for jessy to give it to an outgoing inmate to deliver it for her. seems like she's made plenty of "friends" during her stay at the county jail.
I think the letter could have gotten out of the jail via a prisoner who was being released.I don't think the jail staff would check the papers of a prisoner who was going out - only the ones of prisoners coming in. I don't believe the lawyers did it.
How did Jessie get the letters out of jail without folding them ? Apparently the envelope they were in, that had a jailhouse stamp, were folded but the letters were not ? I can’t see the attorneys dropping the letter off at the ex con friend of Jessie’s house but maybe Jessie passed the letters to an Attorney & asked her to please give it to “ My mother”& then her mom dropped it off. Maybe Kuchler did, not knowing what it contained . Jessie could’ve mailed a prestamped Waukesha envelope to her mother who then placed letters in it & then dropped it off.
14 seconds late for the live stream but will catch up here before joining the upcoming live stream for the Markel case. Cannot imagine the hard work keeping up with all these cases, thank you so much Gisela!!
Convenient how this letter addresses very clearly all the issues that would exonerate Jessi. But, it doesn't address anything else. ...... I think she would have been buried much deeper had she taken the stand!
Since it was written on her trial notes you would expect her fingerprints, but hopefully someone elses will turn up because someone had to help her get it out of the jail and to the friend's house. It sounds like they are still investigating.
It mentioned in the letter to wear gloves and make several copies; if this was done pre-drop off there probably aren’t any fingerprints on there. However, I really hope there are. The other thing is probable cause if their prints aren’t in some system whether criminal or some sorr of background check type. 😢 I feel so badly for the victim’s family and friends. 😢
Thanks to Mary for the effort to obtain the documents! Thank you, Gisela! I was suspecting Jessy’s mother might have had to do with the transport of this letter, but now that I know she’s had no contact visits, I guess it came directly from the fellow prisoner.
It amazes me that she thinks she may come out of this sparkling clean. She is a total narcissist. Who else would have written that letter? Thank you for your coverage. What shocks me is how much the judicial system has to dance around her. She sits there like she’s completely innocent. Her lawyers must want to punch her in her smug face. Evil has no bounds…
Am I the only one who noticed when Jessy was talking to Judge Dorrow, she barely made eye contact and kept looking down or towards the camera?? Just sayin
Did Jessy know Lynn’s mother? Thanks to Mary for getting this letter/Imformation for the Grizzlies. Jessy is one heck of a story teller/liar/friend/daughter. 🤦♀️
I think it was the guy attorney or her mom. I hope they figure out who it was and press charges. Especially if they bought a stamp to look like the prisons stamp. That's insane. She definitely wrote those letters...in my opinion. She's someone so evil and scary, she should definitely be locked away for life
Jessie bought 2 jailhouse envelopes. She put inside & mailed it to whoever dropped the letter off. Whoever received it now has an unused Waukesha jail envelope. That’s why it was folded. The question is how did Jessie get the letter to her. I’m thinking Kuchler knows exactly how she did it. My guess is Jessie asked one of the attorneys to “ please pass this to my mom” but I doubt they knew the contents.
@@michaelcalland801 I 100% agree with you. I think the exact same thing. There are so many ways to find out who dropped it off. She'll be caught. She's up next.
For me it speaks volumes that her attorneys want off her case. They fought hard for Jessy and they to me looked like fools but they did their job. I believe they know without a doubt that Jessy wrote that letter otherwise they’d be blaming the mystery “writer” who had nothing to gain along with Jessy.
Jessie wrote it & somehow got it out of the jail to a friend. The friend, who was also an ex cell mate of Jessie’s who was released before her trial delivered it to Sheriff
What is typed or written down the side of that envelope? I can't make it out. I've personally received quite a few pieces of mail over the years that wasn't postmarked but went through the US postal service. It's common knowledge that sometimes two envelopes stick together as it's going through the machinery and the envelope on the bottom doesn't get stamped. The fact that it has the " sent from the jail" stamp on it tells me that it was in the mail room at one time- unless the inmates are given envelopes that already have that stamp on it. She could have very easily given that to an inmate that was being released, who then gave it to her mom or even dropped it off at the recipients home. I would be interested in knowing what the envelopes look like when inmates receive them from commissary. Every jail does things differently and most jails have actually gone away from actual stamps- and they use postage meters so that inmates can't hide things under the stamps. (Ridiculous I know but they do it.) The fact that this envelope has physical stamps was a little surprising actually. But it does have the jail stamp so there's that... It's very easy to simply talk to someone in the mailroom and find out if that's the kind of envelope that inmates would have received from commissary, pre-stamped with the jail info or not. They can also find out if inmates actually buy stamps or just pay for postage from their books. I don't think for 1 minute any of her attorneys are involved in moving that letter- and I'm happy to see that so far the state doesn't either. *** Totally off topic... How much do we all love this judge? This poor woman has been through hell with trials this year and she comes through shining! ❤
All Jessie had to do was buy 2 jailhouse envelopes. They are marked with a “ Waukesha Jail” stamp Put one inside the other & mail it to whoever is dropping the letter off. Now that person has an unused Waukesha envelope
What you're seeing on the side is identification of the document done by the sheriff's office or the court. It has the case number, documention number, date, page number. It what is on top of the other pages.
Oh my WORD...... What does she think is going to happen shes going to get a re trial and found not guilty, Its unfair to Lynn and all her loved ones that actually did love her, I mean c'mon lady who else would of written them her mum maybe IMA SHAKING MY HEAD SOOOOO MUCH MY BRAIN HURTS.... Keep up all your hard work G it would've be very hard to hold back watching this sentencing live but you are so darn good at what you do Just wish I watched it live with you all the beautiful Grizzly's 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
I also thought that the letter sounded like she was confessing by projecting her guilt through Lynn. The crimes she's trying to pin on Lynn don't make sense unless she's the culprit blaming it on Lynn.
Notaries, let me know if you see this, but I don’t believe their responsibility is to read the entire document. I thought they had to ensure the people signing have documentation of their identity, but unsure.
First, notary requirements vary from state to state in the U.S. But second, there are general standards that don't vary. Three, notaries are required to primarily verify identities and signatures, NOT read and analyze the whole document. There are other pieces they need to record in their notary log book (signing date, document date, title/description, party names, assets/property involved [if applicable], number of pages, notarial act performed, etc.) But four, if not obvious on its face they would need to scan a document enough to establish what type of document it is. Five, though not common people sometimes make written criminal confessions and have them notarized. A notary has no mandatory reporting responsibility to law enforcement, nor would they even want or try to study a confession in depth as to the subject matter. They only care enough to know to write "criminal admission" in their notary log.
Wow so great you got the letter so fast to read to us! I am dying to know the details!!! Wow 😮 Seems like she got the letter out through another inmate who was getting out that day! She kept it as trial case notes so nobody read it from her folder from the daily trial. Her denial writing it to the Judge was jaw-dropping!!! Don’t her trial notes match the handwriting? Duh 🙄 I know it was not those veteran lawyers who would do such an illegal act for any client! I will be stunned if they did partake in fraud! Can’t be! 😳
Gisela K thank you for all of your wonderful work on the cases that you cover! I wish there was a way that the hospital could go back and test the samples that they got from Lynn, all of the intestinal issues and balance issues that no one could ever find the cause for, I would be willing to bet a dollar to a donut that Jessy was poisoning Lynn all along! If they still have any of her remains they could do testing on her hair or nails and tell how long the poison was being given to her. I bet it started when Jessy took over her care.

@@subrosa4792 completely false. Wanting someone to have a fair trial isn’t a fan club. I do believe BK is guilty (& he should have a fair trial, tho). I don’t believe there’s enough evidence for RA. Maybe just consider that there are some of us that use critical thinking and feel differently per case because we make thoughtful opinions on a case-by-case basis.
I did not watch this trial; however, I am definitely impressed with this judge. I love her patience, thoughtfulness, common sense, and legal mind. In my opinion, I think she made the difficult choice that she needed to make.
THANK YOU MARY!! Very cool of you to get this for your fellow grizzlies 🐻
Thank you, Mary ❤❤❤. We all appreciate you ❤❤❤!
Mary and Gisela, thank you!!
I am disappointed in the delay, but rather have a delay instead of a retrial.
The judge is just being cautious.
Without a doubt, Jessi is going to try and use this for an appeal.
@@5thdimension625she has already been convicted. She was convicted prior to any of this happening. The only thing it COULD have effected would have been sentencing- she was found guilty she is going to prison for life(there is no DP in WI) regardless. Now that sentencing has been delayed there is no reason an appeal would be granted hence the reason Judge Durow did what she did.
This poor excuse for a human is so manipulative!! She has a vindictive mind and it's kinda scary!! She doesn't care who she steps on in her path! I hope she gets exactly what she deserves... LIFE W/O PAROLE!!! Great video! Thanks for the breakdown!
😮right
Trying to get someone else to become a partner in crime is as Low as a person can go,with Murder being lower than low, stealing, impersonation of the victim, there seems to be no limit to her Evil tricks.
@@AirQuotes848 Right. And also accusing her dead friend of having killed her mother (the dead friend's mother). Accusing her lawyers - who have fought for her - of coming up with this evil plan. Wow! I hate to think of the manipulations she will come up with against her fellow inmates and the staff in prison.
Imagine being in a relationship with her!!! I wonder what her boyfriend's went through!!
Unbelievable. Writing this during her trial. Can you say SUPER NARCISSIST? BUSTED
Judge Dorow is one of my favorite judges. Thanks for covering this trial, G. ♥️✌️
Ok who delivered this? Well I worked at a prison and it could only be a lawyers
B employees of the jail
It could not be her mom she doesn't have human to human contact with visitors.
I know that people in jail will do those kinds of things for each other
ALWAYS the victim!!! SMDH! She created this and now it’s all someone else’s fault! Go sit back in county
Yeah. And she claimed in court that she didn't write it😅
It’s as if she’s an evil child in an adult’s body. She never seemed to learn right from wrong. Horrifying. No remorse or responsibility.
Lurking truck driver. Listen while I drive. Thanks for all you do
As if Jessy didn’t know what her trial regarding, she is complaining about having to listen about Liz’s life and death?! What the actual??? I hope she gets life without the possibility of parole. She is horrendous! Oh my! Thanks for bringing us this coverage!
I'm lost, who's Liz and where did Jessy complain about listening?
@@PFMediaServicesI think they meant Lynn.
LYNN
Plus she tried to accuse them of a crime...committing fraud etc. Not good if you want to keep your license to practice law.
Her female attorney said she saw her own handwriting on the notes and she recognized the notes she wrote (implied back and forth with Jessy ) essentially telling the Judge that she knows that Jessy wrote it
Thank you Gisela for your hard work! Thank you Mary for your hard work as well!🐻💕
What a desperate but stupid attempt to make a mess. How did she think this would help her after convicted?
I’m thinking that she thought it would make her look like a victim and she’d have the “evidence “ for an appeal, but now after listening to her say that of course she didn’t write the letter/ instructions, she’s blaming her lawyers and maybe working on in effective council appeal.
It’s additional proof that she doesn’t care about anybody or anyone’s consequences.
It’s like she thought the court was going to say “oh my god! We’ve convicted an innocent woman. Set her free immediately!”.
As I recall from the hearing about this letter, they stated that the letter was written on the back of one of her lawyers' trial notes, not on her [Jessys] notes.
Why doesn’t she just admit to writing it. Finally tell the truth for once i. her life. I believe she wrote this letter.
The attorneys have been released from defending Jesse.
Thanks, Mary! You rock!!!!
Wow! I'm so glad you covered this case! This is unbelievable. 😮❤
The judge is very thoughtful!
That is a crappy thing for Jessy to do! Even though the defense attorneys were a bit annoying, I thought they worked really hard on Jessy's behalf😡🤬
It's time to stop worrying so much about the 'rights' of the convicted. IT'S GETTING RIDICULOUS AND OUT OF CONTROL.
Thank you Grizzly Mary for getting this document 🐻 🌴
Thank you, Mary! 🎉
Also, THANK YOU MARY and G for providing and reading us this document! Exposing Jessy for the criminal she is!!!!
Boy, she's right up there with Leticia. Everyone knows she wrote that. I feel for Lynn's family and friends
Notice in the letter it's in past tense when it should be in present tense.
Thanks Mary for getting the copy
❤ the Judge!
Jessy denies writing the letter but yet she tells her 'friend", that her lawyer told her to do it!
Agree. That is also my belief that an inmate getting released took and delivered the letter.
Oh good call there!
I love you, G! Excellent work as usual. So authentic and the most up to date information on the interwebs ❤
Thanks!
Thanks so much! ❤
I wonder If they can check for finger prints on paper. I really hope they do a full investigation and prove Jessy did it.
And handwriting analysis
Just sayin
Sorry I missed the live today , super busy replay crew Thank you G , my thoughts and prayers are with Lynn's family and friends 🙏
Did Jessy know Lynn’s mother? Thanks to Mary for getting this letter/Imformation for the Grizzlies. Jessy is one heck of a story teller/liar/friend/daughter. 🤦♀️
I can't help but think Jessy/her mom caused the death of Lynn's mother 🤷♀️
@@CapitalCityKateThat’s exactly what I was thinking. If the timelines add up.
She’s are Real Wonder Woman thank you Judge
Her attorneys weren't fantastic by any means but, they did their best for her, and this is the thanks they get? This woman is truly something else.
Defluffed trials!! Thanks G. Cant wait for the next one!!❤
I can't believe what happened today at court. These letters were HECTIC!!
For me it speaks volumes that her attorneys want off her case. They fought hard for Jessy and they to me looked like fools but they did their job. I believe they know without a doubt that Jessy wrote that letter otherwise they’d be blaming the mystery “writer” who had nothing to gain along with Jessy.
sexual favors from JK to a guard for smuggling this 38 pg instructional scam exactly like what one of the reasons she is in prison. She never stops.
Congrats on hitting 245K subscribers Gisela. Another milestone you’re so deserving of. 👏 👏
I cannot believe she ACTUALLY wrote this and thought this was a GOOD idea?!?!?
Who wrote the letter and who delivered the letter to the Sheriff's office?
She wrote it..We know that!! Could have been taken out by another prisoner…
Jessie wrote it & somehow got it out of the jail to a friend. The friend, who was also an ex cell mate of Jessie’s who was released before her trial delivered it to Sheriff
@@michaelcalland801 So then she lied saying she didn't write the letter haha
I love the ability to skip straight to the nitty gritty.
Thank you Grizzly True crime
They are marked with a “ Waukesha Jail” stamp
Put one inside the other & mail it to whoever is dropping the letter off.
She manipulates. The lady lawyer looks guilty. She doesn't want to leave. She is going to try to get off! The judge has seen her type.
Even if the criminal enterprise took place, surely a notary would never notarise a letter in which someone admits to murdering their mother?
Wow 😮
Seems like she got the letter out through another inmate who was getting out that day! She kept it as trial case notes so nobody read it from her folder from the daily trial. Her denial writing it to the Judge was jaw-dropping!!! Don’t her trial notes match the handwriting? Duh 🙄
I know it was not those veteran lawyers who would do such an illegal act for any client! I will be stunned if they did partake in fraud! Can’t be! 😳
YES!!! Thank you Mary for the letter. Did it cost you anything? If yes, we need to pitch in for the fee
Thx again 😊
Gisela K thank you for all of your wonderful work on the cases that you cover!
I wish there was a way that the hospital could go back and test the samples that they got from Lynn, all of the intestinal issues and balance issues that no one could ever find the cause for, I would be willing to bet a dollar to a donut that Jessy was poisoning Lynn all along! If they still have any of her remains they could do testing on her hair or nails and tell how long the poison was being given to her. I bet it started when Jessy took over her care.
Replay crew for the beginning. I was at work and missed that part.
