One thing I'd have maybe also brought up is that Transperth used to have hydrogen buses from 2000 - 2007, a technology we quickly tried to ignore and one we should have tried adopting for our fleet of road trains. Imagine if for the last 20 years we'd been working towards the goal of being able to drive from Perth to Exmouth without diesel emissions.
Worst part is that our last tourism ad campaign was shot by an eastern states agency, and the film crews were allowed in during the hard border where you couldn't fly in to go to a funeral

Another great video. As someone who worked on the Burrup Rankin platform when it started, there is a need for more of this to be brought to the publics attention.

After the rise of the Greens and the Teals, I'm wondering how many more decades Labor and the Coalition need to realise things have changed. Trouble is, we don't have decades to phase out fossil fuels. We HAD decades and blew it. I've done a 5 month roadtrip around Australia 2/3 years ago, and WA was by far my favourite state. The wildness and the landscape is incredible, and I absolutely loved the ningaloo reef. Its a shame this is allowed to continue...
