I thought the scene was absurd and obnoxious. The SJW nonsense is the worst part of this series. I have never heard of a store calling police and having someone strip searched in the back of a room. Then have some "bad ass" woman come to the rescue and make the employee strip was "over the top" nonsense. Bad writing to appeal to a noisy minority (twitter crowd) in our country, is going to be the death of Hollywood.

@@jeffruempel8635 Yellowstone is fairly well written and played but I definitely agree with your assessment on that scene. It was fun to watch but had no sense of reality whatsoever in it. Complete Hollyweird bs scene. Drama sells I guess even if totally untrue. However, Yellowstone, despite its own very unrealistic scenes played out for the cinematic experience, is a good watch. Hollyweird hasn’t gotten the real experience of anything yet despite some close attempts at it.

I love all the cast in Yellowstone. They seem like family. Love the series and thrilled that my cable package has the Paramount channel I need to watch it. I would love to meet all of them in person and get to visit the filming site. Would love to see a background like this on Gil Birmingham. Can't believe he's single at his age! I am only single at 67 because I've been a widow for over 30 years as my late husband was killed in an aircraft ground accident, and I haven't been able to find anyone like him since.

@@ronaldaiello6450 Not necessarily Ronald. I have a divorced childhood friend who had a similar love life (if you want to call it that) that like of Casey and Monica with children involved. It’s not as unreal as you might think.
To be honest, despite my favorable opinion of both Beth and Rip’s characters, their love affair, both on and off, seems the most unrealistic in a relationship compared to real life scenarios. But for cinema to have interesting things for low love Americans to watch, it’s something for people to grasp for. Now, people don’t take offense to that statement. By the number of people I talk to personally (both friends and casual aquaintenances) regarding their spousal relationships here in the US, I know that was a truthful statement. Let’s face it with our materialistic society, couples fight over the most superficial things and make a lot less love because of it. Even love song lyrics point this out.

Knowing how Kevin is, she prolly didn't even need an attorney. He is the real deal when it comes to giving..with grace and empathy.
He did cheat while making Waterworld. He has mentioned in several interviews it was his biggest regret in life..(if I remember correctly they did not use attorneys.) that was years ago, he's now remarried & has several more children.

i would like to comment about the show Yellowstone. I started watching the show and I was thinking what a great story this was going to be and with the beautiful scenery and country would be a sure hit. Like Bonanza with their problems. Only this would be more modern times.
I was so disappointed with the language. There is no reason for those words to be in any story, movie or book.
So I am letting you know that I cannot in good conscience continue to watch this show.

Can't relate. They're going through a lot but they're sticking together. I love seeing multiple marriages and relationships on the show. Many shows treat committed relationships as the end of a narrative rather than a daily reality.

The only thing I have against this show is the low numbers of natives in native parts. I especially don’t like activist pretenders that make claims they can’t back up. If you are going to make a fictional show slandering natives, you should at least hire natives to play the parts of natives. But then again, they would only hire the stereo type native image that people like Kevin Costner want to show in term demeaning what most of the tribal governments have done in the past 100 years.
