yes!!!!!! i wanted to make it feel like he was really hesitant to take that leap, even if he knew he's currently mega unhappy at whatever his job is... why give up something stable for something that might not be guaranteed, right? Even if he would be happier... im really happy you picked up on that!! And hehe i originally wanted to do the entire song, but i figured that that part was a good area to stop since ultimately it is up to bettel to take that step.... This is actually insanely well done!! From all the small details, like the curtain being Bettel‘s robe and Magni‘s extra hand catching it, to the cinematography and perspective?? Like that’s NOT easy to animate and you made it look super fluid and natural! Also the sheer amount of emotion conveyed through the relatively rough, sketchy looking drawing style is crazy! I just love this whole thing, thank you so much for posting it!! If the boys haven‘t already seen this, I really hope they do - it’s amazing!!
