@1,000 subs with no vids!!! The point is no one needed the unnecessary negativity even in jest. We have enough jokers. It seems that too many now are sarcastic clowns. And I love humor and laughter is great medicine, but not now...It wasn't even funny.
Roger Williams Dude it’s a joke. And besides not all jokes are funny just look at yourself for example. Ok in all seriousness not all jokes are supposed to be funny like dark humor jokes aren’t always supposed to be funny.
His form is pretty bad on some of the weightlifting... if they’re not careful he definitely could hurt himself or develop muscular imbalances as he grows. Seemed like some of the weights were probably a bit too heavy. Hopefully he’s not doing that daily and it was a one off to look like he’s doing heavier weights for the video. His back is completely rounded on a couple things, which is weightlifting 101 not to do.
As a high school Special Education teacher, this video was perfect for showing my students what grit, determination, and a growth mindset can do for your skills (academic skills included). The kids were inspired by what they saw and heard from this amazing young athlete.
He's doing some really heavy workouts for his age. His bones aren't done developing yet. I just hope he doesn't wear out before he makes the pros. He's got the attitude though 💯.
I'm pretty sure his trainers know that and I don't think the day would take someone of tremendous talent like himself and ruin his potential by making him lift heavy weight
He’s fine they do stretching exercises with him and I do a lot of stuff and I only have one problem,I take to much energy and that’s it he’ll be alright and hope he keeps going
Honestly the stunting growth thing isn't all that big a deal compared to how bad the excersize selection and form is. The excersizes he's performing don't insure longevity he will be outta the weight room due to injury before it has a chance to affect his growth. The excersizes he's doing are upright rows and behind the neck press and they have a reputation for causing shoulder impingement and rotator cuff tears.
