      they’re professional trainers. as long as they help him practice good form and smoothness on his workouts, he can keep doing what he’s doing.

      His form is pretty bad on some of the weightlifting... if they’re not careful he definitely could hurt himself or develop muscular imbalances as he grows. Seemed like some of the weights were probably a bit too heavy. Hopefully he’s not doing that daily and it was a one off to look like he’s doing heavier weights for the video. His back is completely rounded on a couple things, which is weightlifting 101 not to do.

    He's doing some really heavy workouts for his age. His bones aren't done developing yet. I just hope he doesn't wear out before he makes the pros. He's got the attitude though 💯.

      Honestly the stunting growth thing isn't all that big a deal compared to how bad the excersize selection and form is. The excersizes he's performing don't insure longevity he will be outta the weight room due to injury before it has a chance to affect his growth. The excersizes he's doing are upright rows and behind the neck press and they have a reputation for causing shoulder impingement and rotator cuff tears.

    It’s crazy. I see what the higher people in power are doing... back in my day when I was 12 going on 13 I was playing outside with friends. And hanging out. They got this kid working like a robot. He’s 13 now I believe. He needs to play outside with his friends. He’s going this hard at 13! By the time he’s 16-17 he might get tired of doing the same thing. Society is letting these kids grow up way to fast. They get taken advantage Of and when it’s time to be on their own they don’t know where to go.

    In my middle school there are kids who are stronger and bigger then him at his age and much more explosive they might not be as fast but I would sacrifice speed for someone who is stronger and more explosive

      tiggat43 no explosive when it comes to speed is the first burst of speed of like 10 yards that why they measure 10 yard splits it’s about how explosive you are but faster is more of a 100 yard things someone more explosive might beat him in a 10 yard race will not beat him in a 50 or 100 yard race but I personally would rather have Julio Jones then besides tyreek hill and other smaller wide receiver

      PYROJOE MUSTBLOW dude for a 13 year old lifting 40 is quite impressive. Especially for that work out. He is also relatively skinny meaning he’s prob lighter also showing how he is lifting more in proportion to his body. To us who are 1XX-XXX pounds it’s not much but to him who an average 13 year old is 75-90 it is really impressive

    In gymnastic I’m 11 and I go 3 hours every day of the week plus an hour private lesson on Sunday and he’s 12 and the “fastest” kid on earth and feature nfl
