The clutch sits inside the clutch drum that,s what it,s called .The worm drive is the nylon threaded piece that drives the oil pump hope that helps you. I just replaced my oil pump after watching your video thanks mate 👍.
I’ve just purchased the Giants 62cc chainsaw which is exactly the same as yours and the spark plug went after the first use and the second use the carby went out of adjustment and at the same time the oil pump started spewing oil out everywhere after I had cut a good amount of firewood!. New plug fitted and it started, yay. I have had to order special tools so as to adjust the Carby and a new pump kit, but to remove the clutch I also ordered a removing tool for the clutch and a spark plug blocking device instead of using a piece of rope in the cylinder head. I’m still waiting on all the extra stuff to arrive. At least it starts ok . Good luck with yours mate.
My 1st Baumr ag sx62 is 7 years old and I never had a problem with it so I bought a second one as back up. The oil pump went , carby went after an few trailer loads of wood were cut . I bought a 3rd one and it has also been great and is 5 years old . You either get a good one or a not so good as I found out with these saws . I found a Giantz 62cc saw in the dump and got number 2 going again with the parts. I also bought a clutch removing tool to make changing the oil pump easy . I cut around 30 to 40 7x4 trailer loads of fire wood a year with these saws. They all leak oil as a standard feature .......
@@michaelnorth7796 Oregon bar and chains are pretty good on these saws . I have 2 Oregon bar and chains on 2 of my chainsaws . I also bought an electric chain sharpener off ebay and 10 spare chains .
Hi Did this fix the problem? I have same saw and after sitting it on the bench for a couple of days oil would leak out the bottom of the saw. . Frustrating hours later I found the rubber washer under the oil filler cap had swollen and was not fitting inside the the filler walls where you add bar oil. I fitted a good quality rubber O" ring to replace the chinesiam washer and walla....... Problem fixed
I bought an SX76 many years ago (Gen1) back when the Aussie seller was calling themselves AGR machinery. They have changed their name many times since, currently Edisons I believe, but still the same low quality crap :( From the box mine never oiled, the gear on the pump is alloy, the worm gear on the crank is plastic, the plastic teeth wear away before the saw even fires up :( and nobody sells replacement parts. I sent it back and they sent another one, exact same problem, never pumped a drop. SADLY, other than not oiling, the thing actually RIPS, it refuses to die, and has a 24 inch bar on it, but oiling manually is a pain so I don't use it unless I need the big bar. It's extremely disappointing that all it needs (same as every other baumr ag saw) is a decent worm gear. Not sure what they are charging these days but I only paid 150 bucks, I'd happily pay 200 if they fixed that worm gear :P I'd even send them 50 bucks for a decent worm gear if they sold them, despite them being one of the biggest ebay scammers in Australia. Especially when a 2500 dollar Stihl is basically the same Chinese crap for the last 20 years :( The SX76 is actually easier to start and more reliable than either my Stihl or my Husky, but once they are going they oil themselves and I can buy parts when they need it, and OH GOD they always need it.

I've got it as my back up saw now, I have brought a still ms311 with the 20inch bar, well worth the extra money

I'm having a no bar oil problem, I'm suspecting inadequate hole drilled in the bar. Planning on enlarging that bar oil hole
How did you go mine isnt getting oil to bar and chain either ?

I just ordered same pump from China its just about $6.50 NZD.
It turns out the bar actually got to hot during operation and needed to be grinded flat again, but replacing the oil pump still made a difference
