I like the warning that the skate fit "isn't for everyone", I found out the expensive way with the Konekt 1's....
I got to meet Devin Cooley while he was in Rochester & he was telling me about the mod to pin the boot flex in his skates. Great dude, he'll talk shop all day long.

Love the original Konekts. Really a YMMV situation, I am 10 4E in New Balance, after they were baked properly they fit great, actually even with a little play inside now.

If I were to get one of these new liners for my konekt 1 skates it should fit the same?
Thoughts on stock insoles vs super feet or new Bauer ortho?

I broke 6 buckles within a year of the regular konekts, really hope this is better
Atleast this Skate addressed the Swirly Buckle Debacle by not allowing it to Snap into Place unless Aligned correctly. I wonder if the Buckles will hold up better now 🤔

Konext all day. Best skate I've ever worn for so many reasons, both comfort and performance
I’m a size 10.5 2e shoe. I wear a Bauer wide goalie skate. I could not get my feet into several different sizes of these.
Same. So still narrow as hell.
I'll still try them on and be crushed when they don't fit.
After they were heated? Because it makes all the difference. But same time, they aren't for everyone.
Must be heated first to really know. I'm wearing them just fine and always buy wide shoes. But like they said, not for everyone.
@@InGoalMedia When I tried on the first Konekts we could barely get the buckles closed at the longest length, and when we did they were too tight to wear.

Still not interested.
Younger goalies do not need these. $1k for kids under 12-14? pulease. my little billie will make the nhl. Lol. Even 16yrs olds (while beneficial to hips, etc) don't need the 95th percentile product.
You know it's bad when it's cheaper to play net (looking at you - $400 'rental' sticks).
