personally I use capcut bestie you just gotta slow it down and fix the pitch if desired (that thing that makes the voice deeper. I think the pitch thing might be that so called "reverberation", I'm not sure)

You can honestly use iMovie and audacity to create these. iMovie isn’t the best editing program but it’s really good for beginners. Especially for this content. You can slow videos down and do green screen and stuff. Audacity will help you with adding reverb. Try it out some time! I literally do it for fun in my free time haha.
