Thanks for the video. My top sprocket bearing just cooked on my John Deere 566. This video really helps out. Thanks my man. Cheers from Prairie Sunset Ranch.
It exceeded it last capability Just do a little fixing and be good as new go to Ritchie Brothers auction online or this winter and come home with a winner But keep Shaun 👍
How do you get the broken springs off the shaft? I took the nuts off the top of the rod but still can’t get the rod out! Any help wood be great! Oh it’s a 466
Good Morning I just seen your video on Broken spring. I am having trouble with my John Deere 567 not making a tight roll. My rolls look like marsh mellows. Could you give me any insight to what to look at.
How's your guys hay crop. I have a 500 head beef farm in eastern Canada and we run around 450 acres of hay and we are around half way done of second cut and we're are around 300 bales short.
Andrew Simpson it's pretty good with all the rain...we still have first cut going but it's getting late but the feild is so wet...second cut looks good
I live in Iowa we run and everyone around me run wrap because it's easier to get off in the winter and faster than twine as far as making a bale also seems to keep the hay nicer. Just our experience but I'm sure we don't get near the snow or as cold of temps as they do up north
Great job on the repairs Shaun, it’s tough when the supervisor has a camera in your face 😂. Thanks for sharing.
Risking life an limb to bring us close up shots of the balers in action ! Good video
I still have no idea how that machine can take hay and turn it into perfect round bails. It's amazing. Thanks for the video.

No problem..glad it helped
That's some excellent looking hay. That will make excellent feed come wintertime.
Nice and clean baler. Had a bale catch fire once.ejected it.windrow caught.was LUCKY stomped it out. From a roll bering.
Nice fix. Good bail count and they look good. Thanks for sharing 👍🏻
Might be time to update balers Tyson. Nothing more frustrating during hay season then fixing a baler while the sun shines. Good luck with the hay
At least it was a pretty easy repair. Good yield on that field!!
Nice team work fellas. Making it happen in good olé Alberta 🇨🇦
Nice to see some common sense engineering on that bearing set up. Good job
Looking good.... Mechanic & Farmer!

Beautiful and abundant hay and good video.
The commercial before the video was for a Vermeer round baler.
Love the videos guys thanks again for making them available to us
Nice repair and good yield on 30 acres.
Hay's sellin good here in SW Toba right now.
You need to hook up with Our Wyoming Life on UA-cam. He is another cattle rancher you could relate to and he needs bales for the winter.
Nice hay 👍🏼
Mightyfine hay, have you figured out how much twine cost per bale ?? thanks

Mark Sandquist the wrap is good until they are froze in the winter...haven't had to much experience with it
Northern farmer I've heard that too. thanks
