imagine a supply drop coming in to relieve you and for you to stock up and you have 36 rounds left in two mags and your supply drop builds into a laser in the air and nukes the crap outta the enemy forces and then lands

Full turtle builds usually don't work out well since metal is so expensive to repair, but I think it could be possible on the carrier map and would be fun to see. I do think he already did something similar with adamantium on the carrier map though
To do that, you usually have to sacrifice pressure you could be applying to the opponent. When you let your opponent build what they want, that usually results in your opponent taking command of the game while you spend your resources on repairs and having difficulty fielding a response.
ya know, one of the theoretical builds for a "pulse laser" weapon is a beam that fires a low intensity beam along a path, then once the path is "cleared" of debris... you fire the true weapon which is the full power laser along the exact same path. this takes fractions of seconds and is supposed to work by basically making the path for the true laser clear and amplifying the dmg that the first laser did. ironically you seem to have made a build to do that naturally.
Really need to retrain your panic rebuild from BG to FG bracing. You kept building the BG which gave you the structural integrity, but didn't exactly do much for your defense.

Would have been faster to just use the laser to cut the lower protruding flak segment off the base like at the end instead of just sniping it over and over
