Hi, there are not hard rules about it. sometimes you may need to add more words, as you are emailing the info to someone. But if the presentation will be presented by someone, than I would only put the main headings of my Topics. And I may not have a choice but to put a lot of words when I have to put a quotation of someone. and as you have learned that you can add more words to the Notes section and print it. Hope this helps.

Thank you for tutorials and exam prep! I visit them periodically to keep my skills refreshed as well as to learn new skills. HOWEVER, I do not see exams for PowerPoint 2010. Are there any? I only see PowerPoint Part 2 of 2007 exam prep (which I have already watched, but was there a Part 1?).

Hi wayne, Start Microsoft Powerpoint. Click on the Office Button (or File in 2010) and Open the file. Once the file is opened, click on SAVE AS and below the name of the file look for the "Save As type" section, choose PowerPoint Template and Save it. Hope this helps.

You're great for showing these tutorials, Amir. I've already passed two exams with your help. Thanks.When I'm taking an exam, one things that really slows me down is looking for "styles"; Word Art, Quick Styles, etc. I have to hover the cursor over each icon to see if it's the one I need. This could take precious moments during a test.Is there a way to view all style names in a drop down box?

+grewn d PowerPoint used to be a easy test, but with the addition of these Styles and colours questions, it has become a bit difficult. There is no way to see the names of Styles, except by pointing the cursor on it. sometimes they will mention in the question that the this particular style is on Row 5 Column 2.
