I have to say that the True Sons have a point about the way that the Division works. There really isn't any accountability built into the organisation. It was obviously only intended to go into action in the most dire of emergencies, but we can see the problems that the lack of structure caused with the first wave agents going rogue and even issues with second wave agents. It also meant that there was nobody really looking at the bigger picture. Individual agents might cooperate with JTF officers on specific missions, but there is no overall strategy which really puts the Division agents at a disadvantage compared to groups like Black Tusk and whatever McManus is doing. So it will be interesting to see what is really learned from "our boy" and whether we can start to operate in a more unified manner. Looking forward to more from the game and from you! This was, BY FAR, the best manhunt so far. It was so damn good! Even some of the secondary targets had really cool comms and intel tied to them. It’d be an understatement to say I can’t wait for Season 10 and 11

Not only did it shed just enough light on the Hunters, it also brought back Jack Bonney. Quite literally the day before that comm came out, I was wondering where he went. I love the Black Tusk, and especially the O.G. BTSU, but knowing one of its members just up and vanished always irritated me a bit. You can only imagine my excitement when I heard Natalya mention him during that comm.

You can notice right before you kill Jack Bonnie the hunter aka "the recruiter" is just standing above the balcony on the blue signal smoke overseeing the fight, also there is a rogue striker drone watching over us throughout the whole manhunt.

The homeland security might be our enemies now that McManus has decided to enhance some selective black tusk to either be an agent or a hunter which explain a whole lot. We may have to re-touch more on the hunter theory in the near future but it’s confirmed that a secretary of homeland security is definitely either “hunting” us or “testing us”. Also well done showing everyone the last video of this manhunt normally you didn’t have to explain the rest of the part because the game just straight up explained it for you.

I have to say, its a nice breath of fresh air to Work with the True Sons. Maybe we can have some interesting development with. Also the fact that Faye Lau had to leak information and secretly help the True Sons must tell you how bad the situation and conflict coming is, since that means Schaffer and Lau were planning on working with them to some extent.
Its going to be interesting to see where this goes. Will it be civil war amongst the division? Agents fight agains Mcmanus aligned agents and his hyper elite hunter? I can see it now a massive war, Mcmanus is the absolute top brass for the opposition. Black tusk, agents who have joined the ranks and the hunters vs the other coalition of agents, whats left of the JTF and some form of cooperation with the true sons.
Considering this General Anderson is now the head honcho perhaps SHD the JTF the civilian militia and the true sons can be made to engage in negotiations on how to best protect D.C and the surrounding areas
I kept asking myself why was a major taking orders from a captain. I assumed he was former Army. The fact that he's a Coast Guard captain makes it make sense now.

I think we are about to be labeled “rouge” soon. ANNA is about to come in handy soon beside assigning shd points. (Kajika’s missions had a comms that said,”They can still use the drones?”) The memento backpack has majority of rouge colored watches. Hunters appears to be hunting rouges agents more than agents following ISAC blindly or agents who’s interfering with the hunters objectives. This is twice Hunters were boldly seen by us without doing puzzles. Schaffer manhunt and Lewis manhunt are linked to the hunters motives.

Now, McManus should know it’s not a fluke about our intentions, due to the recruiter’s drone. The drone may have video capabilities like the opening of the Pentagon and DARPA invasion. McManus most likely seen our action in the last manhunt.

Due to the number of Division agents thats gone rogue, I can see the True Son's mutual distrust in working with members of former agents. People branch off and do their own thing, thats just what happens when you transfer power to another group of people, too many examples throughout history of people abusing their authority. It's also interesting to note that the colors of the True Son's uniform is a tribute to the original True Sons of Liberty and Soldiers of the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War. And with the Division being a last resort law enforcement element plagued with lack of accountability, I can't help but feel like The Division are like the British Red Coats enforcing order through any means necessary.
Ok this True Sons Manhunt is the most exciting one so far! I hope that maybe Cpt.Lewis might not need to die and maybe we get to see him and hear more from him after this story part! The Div 2 devs are doing a really good job with these latest True Sons story content updates. 🙂

The fact that Captain Lewis actively helps the agent may hint that the True Sons *may* change their ways soon and actually assist the SHD as a supporting faction. However, I'm sensing a split between General Andersson and Captain Lewis, where we may see a civil war of sorts between 2 True Sons factions, but only time will tell.
@@jpgduff I don't think so, the True Sons cooperated with the Division. However, it may be that Captain Lewis is undercover, much like Bonnie being an undercover agent with his own allegiance with the Black Tusk. That or Bonnie was given the watch to lure the Division into something else by McManus and Sokolova to throw the SHD off the scent, so to speak. The scent of what though? Not too sure, but its plausible.
There’s a theory by @ThatAbraxgaming, that the hunter at the end of the mission was wanting to recruit us/The players. That’s why the drones we’re watching us during the whole manhunt.
Has no one considered the fact that we could be getting poached by the Hunter's organization at some point? That's assuming we get some major content and a story update
Thats true our playable agent is a massive key figure in the operation grounds of DC and in some form New York City. I still believe our original Div 1 agents may have been KIA by keener or some other opposition. Hell maybe even a hunter was dispatched to finally off the Div 1 hero agent off screen.

The Division has gone rogue, and see's every other aspect of the government as 'enemies'. thats why we've gone around attempting to kill a sitting president to undermining the entirety of the department of homeland security, WE'RE the bad guys.
For the first time we actually have the Target as a ally instead of a one time kill and he will actually remain in the story long term to play into the bigger picture.

Lau was not joking about our Agent's tendency to always aim for the head and that bite us this time since we could have probably avoided Lau's death even if Schaefer never revealed Lau was a spy if we never sent Scharfer into a coma due to our headshot habits.
What General Anderson and Captain Lewis said about the division wasn't wrong, it's true that it wasn't as good as one would hope and that problems were caused by Rouge agents but that's pretty ironic comming from a faction whose leader's actions not only killed a lot of good people but also caused the creation of the outcasts and the hyenas
Even more ironic that Anderson said the Division doesn't address it's shortcomings. Last time I checked, shortcomings or not, it was the Division that was spanking all three of the DC factions asses before Black Tusk decided to play.
I think the hunter was watching you For recruitment Bonnie was just another test for you. When you 1st come into the Jefferson trade center you see the hunter And aim at the its green like an ally
I think Captain Lewis is the Recruiter.. We never see the both of them in one room at the same time (just like Batman and Bruce Wayne :) When the Recruiter appears for the second time, we hear him run away. He is in hurry to change back into his Lewis getup before we make it down the stairs to meet him.
few bits of feedback: -the games sounds are a bit loud this time, cant really hear the radio -the intros sound itself is still quite a bit louder than you talking (same for the outro as well) -possibly turn subs on for story bits in missions, so in worst case we can read whats being said behind all the DAKKA DAKKA?^^ really loving the content and i hope you can still improve it a bit!

Well it’s kind of unlikely that we would see any Allenby because I’m pretty sure a majority of the LMB are within the Black Tusk ranks no maybe they could possibly be rebuild and have a new leader and decide to team up with the division
This was the first manhunt where I can honestly say I enjoyed it and found it challenging. After blasting it out on hard difficulty I can't wait to replay on heroic. Not only that but it seems like a genuine reintroduction of a consequential STORY in to the game which although it isn't integral to the gameplay loop, is still a compelling factor.

This manhunt really this whole game showed how vulnerable and insufficient the Division is. The fact that Faye had to "betray" us to get info that everybody else including the true sons already had is sad. Hell even Keener a Major Lone Wolf and manipulator knew what the hell was coming.
I think that Captain Lewis may possibly help the True Sons become good guys at some point further down the road. Could we see another LMB scenario where all the main factions team up against Black Tusk? Its looking that way.

So the recruiter is recruiting for the hunters? I doubt Jack Bonney was always an agent. I wonder if as part of this recruitment they were able to retroactively make him an agent for the purpose of then altering his status into a hunter. That’d go along with the idea that hunters are another offshoot of the SHD. It also makes me think that whatever the hunters are whether it’s SHD or something else they are an American organisation and they’re still active enough to be running such large and elaborate recruitments for new members.
Yes do not the whole mission you could see the hunter a.k.a. the recruiter throughout the mission and at the end you can see him on a balcony watching us fight Jack Bonnie it was a test for Jack to see if he’s worthy enough to even be a hunter
@NGN (spoiler warning) i know a couple of people have pointed out that the new Hunter dubbed "the Recruiter" shows up a few times in the final Manhunt target of the season, but I came across a Reddit post that claimed and showed the Agent in question as having been killed by said Hunter, and the death screen directly names him as Jiang Zhiya and shows both Black Tusk and Hunter symbols. Me and a friend were able to jump on and found him in the same spot (the area just above where Jack Bonney spawns in the final encounter) and my friend manage to die at the hands of the Hunter and the death screen again confirmed his name is Jiang Ziya

Maybe the recruiter wants the main player agent to be recruited for the hunters. We have done all the heavy lifting for the game. We would be an unstoppable force if we were to have the hunters' gear, training, etc.
You see this is why we need a fully voiced agent like why is Lewis talking to Kelso and not us. Faye talks about how amazing Kelso is when our agent is the one who pretty much liberated D.C. and New York all Kelsos done is sit back in a secure location and chill. Lol!
Jack Bonney was Bardon Schaefer's last surviving member of the BTSU. We killed all the others from Tidal Basin to Conney Island, but we never got him till now.
Killing hunters counts as killing "Elite Black Tusk" for challenges. Not sure if I was the only one that noticed that. Might be unintended but just a thought
I realize that too and countdown when you’re killed by a hunter they are considered Black Tusk Hinton that the black task are officially now working with the hunters because the hunters are part of homeland security
Spoilers for the last encrypted files this season: If the lau’s files are correct: Bonney wouldn’t just be an intern hunter, McMaus was asking for a candidate to replace the hunter at Coney Island directly. the potential of a person Turning into a hunter, the audio files referring the “hunter program”. What would have happened if jack didn’t die is anyones guess
Cal did say he didn’t want to “steal (from Black Tusk’s talent pool), just borrow from time to time as the need arises”. I think Bonney was intended to be just an intern, not a permanent Hunter
@@timecrash85 honestly, I 100% can see it happening. Funnily enough, the Hunter (or, at least, the drones) were likely watching us way more than they did Bonney. Remember when you take down the two Tanks in the parking lot before you head to the SHD node? That Hunter watches you, as though he wants to see if you passed the smaller roadblock/test by getting to that point. Bonney may have been an “intern”, but I think the recruiter was way more interested in us than he was in Jack. I mean, our track record is way more efficient and brutal than Bonney. We’ve killed half the United States in just a few months, basically.

If he is a captain, how are MAJOR Xanders and Castillo his lieutenants? They outrank him. They could tell him what to do and give him orders. Major is o-4, captain is o-3. He should at least be o-5 lieutenant colonel. That would make sense.

Is it me or the story telling is a lot better and easier to follow through your videos than the actual game. I tell you i could not recall the names of agents or other characters besides Lao and Kelso even if my live would depend on it. Because for me none of the characters are memorable to me, like henchmen without a name tag...
I was surprised when a black tusk rusher killed me twice. Best cover for that area is up the stairs behind one of the pillars not the metal railing, I suffered through that part lol.

The fact that Captain Lewis actively helps the agent may hint that the True Sons *may* change their ways soon and actually assist the SHD as a supporting faction. However, I'm sensing a split between General Andersson and Captain Lewis, where we may see a civil war of sorts between 2 True Sons factions, but only time will tell.
Cant wait too see that if it happens, the true biological sons vs the true adoptive sons

I think it might be more likely that were are marked as rogue for co operating with the True Sons.
@@jpgduff I don't think so, the True Sons cooperated with the Division. However, it may be that Captain Lewis is undercover, much like Bonnie being an undercover agent with his own allegiance with the Black Tusk.
That or Bonnie was given the watch to lure the Division into something else by McManus and Sokolova to throw the SHD off the scent, so to speak. The scent of what though? Not too sure, but its plausible.

There’s a theory by @ThatAbraxgaming, that the hunter at the end of the mission was wanting to recruit us/The players. That’s why the drones we’re watching us during the whole manhunt.

Thats true our playable agent is a massive key figure in the operation grounds of DC and in some form New York City. I still believe our original Div 1 agents may have been KIA by keener or some other opposition. Hell maybe even a hunter was dispatched to finally off the Div 1 hero agent off screen.
@@Hero_Of_Time94 Or our previous agent is now rouge or with the organization that is lead by McManus alongside a staged death to shrug off any potential investigation as we know it's possible to spoof ID anyone with a watch. It's more fun to think they are a Hunter now because of the relationship you had with said agent.

This is why I love the lore of this game despite I don't play the game lol the plot twist keeps twisting more and more, now homeland security might potentially be our enemies as well, why everyone is going Rogue? Are humans that hungry for power and domination? Love the video mate and that awesome voice as well😁

Lau was not joking about our Agent's tendency to always aim for the head and that bite us this time since we could have probably avoided Lau's death even if Schaefer never revealed Lau was a spy if we never sent Scharfer into a coma due to our headshot habits.

What General Anderson and Captain Lewis said about the division wasn't wrong, it's true that it wasn't as good as one would hope and that problems were caused by Rouge agents but that's pretty ironic comming from a faction whose leader's actions not only killed a lot of good people but also caused the creation of the outcasts and the hyenas
Even more ironic that Anderson said the Division doesn't address it's shortcomings. Last time I checked, shortcomings or not, it was the Division that was spanking all three of the DC factions asses before Black Tusk decided to play.

We never see the both of them in one room at the same time (just like Batman and Bruce Wayne :)
When the Recruiter appears for the second time, we hear him run away. He is in hurry to change back into his Lewis getup before we make it down the stairs to meet him.
few bits of feedback: -the games sounds are a bit loud this time, cant really hear the radio
-the intros sound itself is still quite a bit louder than you talking (same for the outro as well)
-possibly turn subs on for story bits in missions, so in worst case we can read whats being said behind all the DAKKA DAKKA?^^

Well it’s kind of unlikely that we would see any Allenby because I’m pretty sure a majority of the LMB are within the Black Tusk ranks no maybe they could possibly be rebuild and have a new leader and decide to team up with the division
This was the first manhunt where I can honestly say I enjoyed it and found it challenging. After blasting it out on hard difficulty I can't wait to replay on heroic. Not only that but it seems like a genuine reintroduction of a consequential STORY in to the game which although it isn't integral to the gameplay loop, is still a compelling factor.

This manhunt really this whole game showed how vulnerable and insufficient the Division is. The fact that Faye had to "betray" us to get info that everybody else including the true sons already had is sad. Hell even Keener a Major Lone Wolf and manipulator knew what the hell was coming.

I think that Captain Lewis may possibly help the True Sons become good guys at some point further down the road. Could we see another LMB scenario where all the main factions team up against Black Tusk? Its looking that way.

Yes throughout the horn mission you can see quick glimpses of the hunter a.k.a. “the recruiter” watching Jack to complete his task
So the recruiter is recruiting for the hunters? I doubt Jack Bonney was always an agent. I wonder if as part of this recruitment they were able to retroactively make him an agent for the purpose of then altering his status into a hunter. That’d go along with the idea that hunters are another offshoot of the SHD. It also makes me think that whatever the hunters are whether it’s SHD or something else they are an American organisation and they’re still active enough to be running such large and elaborate recruitments for new members.
Yes do not the whole mission you could see the hunter a.k.a. the recruiter throughout the mission and at the end you can see him on a balcony watching us fight Jack Bonnie it was a test for Jack to see if he’s worthy enough to even be a hunter

i know a couple of people have pointed out that the new Hunter dubbed "the Recruiter" shows up a few times in the final Manhunt target of the season, but I came across a Reddit post that claimed and showed the Agent in question as having been killed by said Hunter, and the death screen directly names him as Jiang Zhiya and shows both Black Tusk and Hunter symbols. Me and a friend were able to jump on and found him in the same spot (the area just above where Jack Bonney spawns in the final encounter) and my friend manage to die at the hands of the Hunter and the death screen again confirmed his name is Jiang Ziya
At this point. I believe we're being recruited.

Maybe the recruiter wants the main player agent to be recruited for the hunters. We have done all the heavy lifting for the game. We would be an unstoppable force if we were to have the hunters' gear, training, etc.
You see this is why we need a fully voiced agent like why is Lewis talking to Kelso and not us. Faye talks about how amazing Kelso is when our agent is the one who pretty much liberated D.C. and New York all Kelsos done is sit back in a secure location and chill. Lol!

Jack Bonney was Bardon Schaefer's last surviving member of the BTSU. We killed all the others from Tidal Basin to Conney Island, but we never got him till now.
How does literally every other faction have more intel and knows more things about everything compared to The Division lol.
Killing hunters counts as killing "Elite Black Tusk" for challenges. Not sure if I was the only one that noticed that. Might be unintended but just a thought
I realize that too and countdown when you’re killed by a hunter they are considered Black Tusk Hinton that the black task are officially now working with the hunters because the hunters are part of homeland security

If the lau’s files are correct: Bonney wouldn’t just be an intern hunter, McMaus was asking for a candidate to replace the hunter at Coney Island directly. the potential of a person Turning into a hunter, the audio files referring the “hunter program”. What would have happened if jack didn’t die is anyones guess
Cal did say he didn’t want to “steal (from Black Tusk’s talent pool), just borrow from time to time as the need arises”. I think Bonney was intended to be just an intern, not a permanent Hunter

@@timecrash85 honestly, I 100% can see it happening. Funnily enough, the Hunter (or, at least, the drones) were likely watching us way more than they did Bonney. Remember when you take down the two Tanks in the parking lot before you head to the SHD node? That Hunter watches you, as though he wants to see if you passed the smaller roadblock/test by getting to that point. Bonney may have been an “intern”, but I think the recruiter was way more interested in us than he was in Jack. I mean, our track record is way more efficient and brutal than Bonney. We’ve killed half the United States in just a few months, basically.

If he is a captain, how are MAJOR Xanders and Castillo his lieutenants? They outrank him. They could tell him what to do and give him orders.
Major is o-4, captain is o-3. He should at least be o-5 lieutenant colonel. That would make sense.
If you read his Bio, he was in the Coast Guard. Coast Guard Captains are equivalent to a O-6 Colonel.

I was surprised when a black tusk rusher killed me twice. Best cover for that area is up the stairs behind one of the pillars not the metal railing, I suffered through that part lol.
