This property has come a long way from those wet muddy early days - 200 excavator hours were needed for a previous messed up clearing and drainage project. It really is so rewarding to watch this transformation and a privilege to see the 220 and 350 at work in the hands of LetsDig18. Love that trailer.

Love watching you work. You make it look so easy when the reality is far from that. I also love how you take a 7ft tall, 6ft wide, 5400lb rake and maneuver it like a person would a garden rake. That's so fascinating. Thanks for sharing with us all, Chris.

Don't allow anything with air filled tires anywhere within 5 miles. I don't care if they are the biggest haul truck tire in existence those thorn will flatten them in a heartbeat. There is one in Central Park in NYC that the park service put a big iron fence around. The good part is there might be some sawlogs in there. That stuff makes good rough lumber for trailer decks. Otherwise it will burn as soon as it hits the ground.

Just more on that same property. Taking worthless land and making it super useful for options. Could be properly tree farmed, or farmed, or subdivision of large lots or tract housing. Either way, Chris has ADDED VALUE like a major amount. The way that was all flooded when he first showed up was amazing. Lot of work, but has more than paid for itself ten times over with the value now. The folks crying about the "trees" just do not understand that the way it grew wild made them equal to weeds. It would be great if there was a biomass generator nearby but there is not, so the heat is wasted when they burn. Not Chris's fault.
