True. I've been very critical of Olivia as a person on the show because often her attitude turns much too close to bullying and gaslighting, but that's one thing(criticism) and death threats and insults are another. People need to chill.

I have been meaning to write this for quite a while now. The last months were hard on me and watching you two plus friends play Commander has given me a great amount of joy during a stressfull time. Even my partner, though not a player herself, loves watching you two laugh and play and absolutely adores Oko and Elspeth. I wanna say a huge thank you from both of us and we sincerely hope that both of you are well and safe given the recent events!
Just want to say that while Kibler is one of my favorite players of magic, Olivia is hands down one of the best things about magic in general and EDH in specific. Beyond the good work for charity, the out reach she's done, and the pure joy she shows when playing the game, she is what everyone in this community should aspire too.
A person can respectfully disagree. It is in fact still a free country. I don't have any hate for Olivia. In fact, I really respect her for trying to keep some of the cards from getting banned. But, I am also not a fan of her playstyle in Commander. But that was a really strong deck she built.

@salamada007 Most definitely, talk to people beforehand. Since the other 3 people aren't aware that you're intending to play obnoxious fast mana pieces, it's great that now, you're forced to disclose that and ask for permission playing those specific cards. But with rule 0, you can always _still_ play them, just talk to the other players! Absolutely agree with you there. Of course, that means that there is no reason why these cards shouldn't be banned if talking to the other players solves the issue... so you're welcome for me showing you that you don't have to be mad about the bans anymore!
It's really cool to see someone newer to the game getting to see new things and experience different interactions. Reminds me of when i was new and watching people play CEDH with me when i had a 45 dollar narset deck. I was amazed with chainveil teferi and the og gitrog and how much "stuff" the players were doing. Awesome!

Of all the Commander channels I occasionally dip into, you guys are the best, and pretty much the only channel I will watch every single video from. Production and editing quality is amazing, as well as the chemistry with your guests. My favourite thing is always your willingness to do or let the dumb/fun thing happen, even if it's objectively not the best or correct play, (which, while I understand wanting to play optimally, I find it personally WAY more entertaining to see people pop off). Also @ 22:48 the overload cost of cyc rift is a replacement cost so its cmc is still 2 and wouldnt trigger up the beanstalk. Quick .... Ignore all these childish people that obviously never learned how to properly deal with their emotions and just focus and make fun of me trying to be a rules lawyer for no other reason than just trying to change all the negative focus to something else. Dang Leonard starting of with saying I started playing about a year ago and then just casually dropping tropical islands and such later on. I guess getting into hobbies when you have money is completely different.
Dude has earned himself a 64.5 million contract and after tax makes 35k a day. A 40 minute nap after his workout, pays for 2-3 dual lands…. As long he don’t hit me with a tabernacle of pendrell vale we would be cool, lol.

Even though, really, they aren't losing money. They're losing potential. Or in other cases, they spent money on a thing that isn't usable in the official plays. Which, like, so what? They still have the card.

So, Anyways here's one of my recipe Tomato Basil Soup Ingredients * 6-7 whole tomatoes * 1 can of tomato paste * 1 Red bell pepper * 1 large onion * 10-15 cloves of garlic * 2 Cups of chicken broth * 2 tbsp freshly chopped basil * 2 cups Heavy cream Dry seasonings * 1/2 tbsp salt * 1/2 tbsp black pepper * 1/2 tsp white pepper * 1/2 tsp cayenne powder * 1 tbsp dried oregano * 2 tbsp brown sugar Instructions First chunk up the tomatoes then cut the red pepper and two strips also cut the onion into chunks. Then add them all into a pre-sprayed casserole pan and he will roast them in the oven at 420° until chard I bit. Add the garlic in put everything in a blender blend it together. What’s blended put back into pot add in dry ingredients and wet ingredients and bring up to a simmer

I love to see how patient and educational everyone on this show is with new players. As a new player myself, I am often anxious when joining a new pod. But the energy at this table I bet anyone who sits down feels welcome right away.
Just want to express my support for you guys and all the effort you've invested into this game. I personally wasn't thrilled with the banlist, but I understand that sometimes decisions have to be made and the decision was made with the best of intentions. I love seeing Brian and co helping Leonard make better plays. It's an aspect of Commander we don't see on video often, players getting good advice from other players that extenuates the casual format.

This is long, but please bear with me... I have nothing but love and admiration for you both (Olivia and Brian)! Brian was a player that I looked up to in my younger days, and when he left the game it felt like my big brother was moving on (didn't realize how much I looked up to Brian until he was gone). A few years later and I am now a Dad, and my daughter's best friend's dad invites me to play Commander. I wasn't sure about it, but I watched videos to learn. That's when Olivia starts popping up in my feed and playing with The Prof. I was thinking, "She seems cool. I wonder how long she's played Magic?" That's when I discover that Olivia was dating Brian, and she shared photos of them playing Magic together. Then this show happens, and it's like my big brother has come back to play Magic, except he's like, "We're going to have so much fun this time!" I cannot express my deepest love for Olivia enough, because without her I'm not sure if Brian comes back! And I cannot express enough how much joy Brian brought me through the years, and how valuable I found his lessons to be! Thank you, Olivia! The last months were hard on me and watching you two plus friends play Commander has given me a great amount of joy during a stressfull time.
Even my partner, though not a player herself, loves watching you two laugh and play and absolutely adores Oko and Elspeth.

Just want to say that while Kibler is one of my favorite players of magic, Olivia is hands down one of the best things about magic in general and EDH in specific. Beyond the good work for charity, the out reach she's done, and the pure joy she shows when playing the game, she is what everyone in this community should aspire too.

But, I am also not a fan of her playstyle in Commander. But that was a really strong deck she built.

@salamada007 Most definitely, talk to people beforehand. Since the other 3 people aren't aware that you're intending to play obnoxious fast mana pieces, it's great that now, you're forced to disclose that and ask for permission playing those specific cards. But with rule 0, you can always _still_ play them, just talk to the other players! Absolutely agree with you there. Of course, that means that there is no reason why these cards shouldn't be banned if talking to the other players solves the issue... so you're welcome for me showing you that you don't have to be mad about the bans anymore!
It's really cool to see someone newer to the game getting to see new things and experience different interactions. Reminds me of when i was new and watching people play CEDH with me when i had a 45 dollar narset deck. I was amazed with chainveil teferi and the og gitrog and how much "stuff" the players were doing. Awesome!

Of all the Commander channels I occasionally dip into, you guys are the best, and pretty much the only channel I will watch every single video from. Production and editing quality is amazing, as well as the chemistry with your guests. My favourite thing is always your willingness to do or let the dumb/fun thing happen, even if it's objectively not the best or correct play, (which, while I understand wanting to play optimally, I find it personally WAY more entertaining to see people pop off).

Also @ 22:48 the overload cost of cyc rift is a replacement cost so its cmc is still 2 and wouldnt trigger up the beanstalk.

To keep gameplay comments together: I'll note that if you know there's a potential wheel coming, holding Cyc Rift until Wheel is on the stack can be back breaking. Especially if you politic a little bit. "If you cast Wheel, I'll get rid of Tithe before we draw..."

Even though, really, they aren't losing money. They're losing potential. Or in other cases, they spent money on a thing that isn't usable in the official plays. Which, like, so what? They still have the card.
By far one of my favorite Commander channels! Olivia is one of my favorite people to watch play mtg and I love how both Olivia and Brian help people become better magic players by explaining card interactions. Nothing but love and support!

So, Anyways here's one of my recipe
Tomato Basil Soup
Ingredients
* 6-7 whole tomatoes
* 1 can of tomato paste
* 1 Red bell pepper
* 1 large onion
* 10-15 cloves of garlic
* 2 Cups of chicken broth
* 2 tbsp freshly chopped basil
* 2 cups Heavy cream
Dry seasonings
* 1/2 tbsp salt
* 1/2 tbsp black pepper
* 1/2 tsp white pepper
* 1/2 tsp cayenne powder
* 1 tbsp dried oregano
* 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
First chunk up the tomatoes then cut the red pepper and two strips also cut the onion into chunks. Then add them all into a pre-sprayed casserole pan and he will roast them in the oven at 420° until chard I bit. Add the garlic in put everything in a blender blend it together. What’s blended put back into pot add in dry ingredients and wet ingredients and bring up to a simmer

Just want to express my support for you guys and all the effort you've invested into this game. I personally wasn't thrilled with the banlist, but I understand that sometimes decisions have to be made and the decision was made with the best of intentions. Just remember that there are people who support the effort you guys put in and the hateful words of some people don't speak for the whole community.
I love seeing Brian and co helping Leonard make better plays. It's an aspect of Commander we don't see on video often, players getting good advice from other players that extenuates the casual format.

As for the haters, I scrape more interesting stuff than them off my boots after mucking out the barn… They don’t matter at all.
This is long, but please bear with me... I have nothing but love and admiration for you both (Olivia and Brian)! Brian was a player that I looked up to in my younger days, and when he left the game it felt like my big brother was moving on (didn't realize how much I looked up to Brian until he was gone). A few years later and I am now a Dad, and my daughter's best friend's dad invites me to play Commander. I wasn't sure about it, but I watched videos to learn. That's when Olivia starts popping up in my feed and playing with The Prof. I was thinking, "She seems cool. I wonder how long she's played Magic?" That's when I discover that Olivia was dating Brian, and she shared photos of them playing Magic together. Then this show happens, and it's like my big brother has come back to play Magic, except he's like, "We're going to have so much fun this time!"
I cannot express my deepest love for Olivia enough, because without her I'm not sure if Brian comes back! And I cannot express enough how much joy Brian brought me through the years, and how valuable I found his lessons to be! Thank you, Olivia! Thank you for being a flame for the game, and for bringing my brother back! You both have added to this community, and do good for the community and game as a whole! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
