Thank you for this video. My 90 was missing all the hardware and had no idea what the lower brackets looked like.
Just now finally found a back seat for mine, I'm in the same boat.

I bought a 1990 yj and former owner removed the backseat. He gave me the back seat but couldnt find the brackets for mounting. Where is a good place to get the mounting brackets from ?

Yea that yj is my first Jeep too. I’m actually trying to get it to pass smog here in CA. It’s been nothing but a headache. I hate smoking cars.
