Hi dear. I used the tank system several times before this video. Maybe our previous videos can help you. Also, I used suitable tags for important addresses. for example, this tag 'Tank-Setpoint' refers to desired or reference level, or 'tank-filling valve' is connected to the fill valve inside factory io software. Note that, Addresses without any tag are not so important. I only used them as an intermediate variable to store a result, and then use them for the next instruction. However, If you don't understand a specific address or tag, please write it in the comment section.
Hello there I really wanna learn PID tuning with level and temperature. Typical analog input 4-20mA. Will the S7-1200 + HMI kit be sufficient or I need S7-1500??
@@seabelekgowe9958 Hi there, if you want to buy real PLCs, both S7-1200 and S7-1500 support PID controllers. but if you want to learn PID controllers with PLCSIM (Virtual PLC), you will need to use an S7-1500 inside the hardware configuration of TIA Portal
I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS YOU ARE THE BEST
I MANAGED TO DO IT WITH S7 300 ALTHOUGHT I DONT HAVE NORMX AND SCALE X AND IM SO HAPPY I DID IT
Glad to hear that the content was useful to you! try and try, you will succeed eventually!
SO GREAT ! PLEASE MAKE THE VIDEOS LIKE THIS.
Glad you like them! thanks for checking the channel!
Good sir
Thanks and welcome
great to hear that!
Can you define what each tag does in your simulator? Or what it stands for

Note that PID controllers are performed by PLCs and HMIs only show our results. So, it does not matter what your HMI model is
