Hi there bro. I am definitely with you. I love the 49 and the 50 mercury. Ever since I watched the movie cobra I just love that car but that was a car that begged to have the roof chopped and the headlights frenched. I agree with you on the 49 about the Continental kit. It just doesn’t look right. Now the Lincoln is definitely something I could see myself driving. I love the stance and I even love the colours on that car. Absolutely gorgeous. The 40 Chevrolet is definitely something I would drive. The 38 Chrysler is just beautiful. That is a car that could be made into a low rider or even just standard and it would look good. The 40 Chevy fleet line is just gorgeous as is. Another great video from you bro and I really look forward to the next one. Some really cool finds once again! In my opinion the last car looked better when it was still on the trailer. I agree that the extreme chop on the 49 Fleetline would have looked nicer with a back window just to break up the rear, maybe an oval or split ovall window from an old beetle. Great video 👍

The '47 Buick Roadmaster has been around. This is a pure 100% show car; trailer queen. I just looked at the ad again. It was first shown in 1990! Yeah, it's been built up quite a bit just for a show car. Even a show car must be able to start and move on its own power. I think the price is good...for 1995.

Oh my goodness 😂the perfect wtf car finds!!! I loved almost all of them!! The aqua colored one was ok. The orange and purple one would’ve looked great with round headlights 🤷♀️ But WOW!! Nice finds!!

I liked that old Buick a whole lot more when it was on the trailer, I don't like the customization done to it at all.
I agree, I would have put a back window into the 49' Fleetline to break up the lines. If I bought a car from this video today it would have been the '50 Mercury up for $37,500 but at a lower price, a hard decision though as I'd have been happy driving any of the selection of hot rods.

Don’t know if it’s just me, but as an old school builder and customizer, I’ve always taken the word “custom “ literally and I feel that they’ll always be someone else’s car. Very rarely do I see anything regardless of how nice it is would I actually want, without redoing everything to make it mine and if that’s the case, the bone stock survivors are more appealing to me.

I like the 49 fleetline, but there's too much sheet metal at the back for sure. Maybe if it was louvered a bit. Something to break the empty space up.

1) Please pick a color and stick with it. And never paint a car outside, you can see the imperfection in it..
2) Uncut means that he didn;t chop and lower th roof and I can't argue with the price.
3) I am not that big on flames, but this is still a good looking car. Signed by Geaorge Barris, the father of certain custom TV Series Star Cars, I'm surprised he didn't ask for a number in the Six-Digit range. The Batmobile, Black Beauty from the Green Hornet, The Munster Coach,
4) As is, and I not that big on scallops either.
5) I wouldn't give him 17 cents for it. Looking at the painted over rust, the only place this particulas car deserves to be in a junkyard as it is beyond fixing. And yes, that is a shame.

10) I cannot comment on this without sounding as being overly violent with anger management issues. To take a car as beautiful as what this was and do that to it, I can't say it out loud.

Awesome video man! You picked some very cool hot rods for this list, there was actually a car show in my area, but I did not go, but it's okay, I have been to two this summer, which actually is more than I usually to go, ( I normally only go to one car show during the summer ), but every time I see an old hot rod at a car show, I always take time to look it over, as they are very cool and eye catching to me, and they look a lot better style wise than a lot of modern muscle cars and sports cars, but that's just my opinion, to each their own, but you do a great job on these videos, keep up the great work brother, it is much appreciated! 👍👌😁😎💯👏🤟🤙🚘💪✌

The first one, the '49 Merc has some paint blemishes on the rear of the car like Maaco auto body and paint did all the glorious work. It is a nice car though and I am not a fan of that paint scheme on the interior. LOVE YOUR CHANNEL.
I like the Lincoln for around 10 to 12K.
I had a 62 Falcon that was canary yellow with maroon flames

I'm wondering if the black 50s or 40s Chevy fastback would even be legal to drive cause most states requires that you have a rear window plus I don't think it'll pass inspection in most states. I wouldn't pass it cause even with cameras like newer cars have, nope..I'm trying to figure out why anybody would illuminate the rear window on such a cool ride that was same as truck back in the day. Reason I say that, a guy pulled my brother's 1959 Buick land yacht outa the mud with a Chevy like that except it had a rear window lol..
It wouldn't be illegal to have one without a rear window.. if you think about it semi trucks don't and use there mirrors.. so I would think you could fight that ticket.. but not illegal that I know of.. but who knows with some of our crazy laws. But I do feel it should've had a rear window.

That first yellow car was a custom 49 merc not a ford. That blue car may have been a 50 but it had a 49 grill. The 1940 Chevy has a chopped top, frenched headlights and a lot of other work. I’ve been watching you for awhile and mostly you were right on but with these cars you missed the boat. I’m running up on 70 and I’ve been working on these cars for years and most of the prices were low. You should look and see what these cars go for.

I fully agree with what you said about the last one, cause I think the nose is atrocious. Also, the one with no back window, I wish I had the money to buy it, simply so I could put a back window in, and maybe tint it darker so it doesn't stick out as much. There are a few other things I'd want to change on it as well, but I don't want to bore everyone with that stuff. There were a lot of cars that I like, but I'm someone who would have to completely customize one to my style and taste because I see a little bit of something I like in each one, but I also see things I'm not a fan of on the same vehicle. Speaking of vehicles, how's that misfit mobile holding up?

Possibly..
The first Merc, the yellow one, would look better without the flames. And the Continental Kit just ruins it. The next one was really nice. Its more or less in original condition. Ad says everything was redone except for a few pieces. It was also "Hot-Rodded" a little; it looks lowered beyond what the grass makes it look like. Tires were not stock. The interior is a little overdone, IMO. The car seems to be right at the point where it could be customized (cut) or restored. But not with that selling price.
That last one way to many balls & whistles and did not dig the headlights!
Love the Lincoln but too much money for a needed restoration project car.
The '47 Buick is atrocious. That poor car. Why would anyone spend that kind of money to destroy a perfectly good resto-mod? The headlights, My god!

That first Mercury (49)🤔 the fit & finish is awful, huge & uneven gaps, definitely not worth the 24 grand they were asking. Plus the SBC, for me that will always bring down the price & be a deal breaker for sure.

The 1950 ford at 14,900 is close but i would say around 10 would be closer..that would spark an interest..That 47 Roadmaster at 55 grand...too extreme for my taste..Went too far with the fabrication

Yeah they are all over priced by 10k at least and 50k at most. All the bondo and fiberglass drastically depreciated the values of all of those cars. They need to quit smoking crack those cars are not barrette Jackson quality.
these prices are too far away..They never get out of what they put into a car..these prices don't reflect what they are worth in my opinion..You would be paying for someone else's dream
