- In December, real estate baron Dmitry Zelenov, a wealthy business leader with significant political influence in Russia, mysteriously passed away after getting sick during a dinner party in the French Riviera, falling over a stair railing and succumbing to critical head injuries. Though they suspect no wrongdoing, French police are still investigating Dmitry's unusual and untimely death.
At just 50 years old, Demitry left behind a wife and four children.
But less than two months later, some of his family members say they've been locked out of his fortune, including this mansion once home to billionaire hedge founder Larry Robbins and celebrities like comedian Chris Rock.
Once among the youngest billionaires in Russia, he ascended to Forbes' billionaire ranks in 2008 at the age of 36 and built his fortune mainly through a vast commercial real estate empire in his home country. Dimitry is one of at least 12 ultra-wealthy Russians who have suddenly died under unusual circumstances since Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the invasion of Ukraine last February. Wow, how you don’t make sure your wife and kids are taken care of in the event of your demise? That is crazy, and the fact that his parents are not at least making sure that their grandchildren are taken care of….. just wow!
He was only 55 years old, he didn't imagine he would meet such an untimely fate. He had money, power and influence, basically anything sheltering him from outside sources of danger. We can be brought to face death in most unsuspected ways. It doesn't just happen to others.

Hi Rick, wow I can’t believe the parents won’t take care of their grandkids how sad 😔 they should know he would’ve wanted that! Thank you for turning the water out of the toilet off so it didn’t do more damage! I guess this just shows we should all get a will made out, I know I’m 55 and I just had a stroke in August and I don’t have a will, guess I need to change that. Poor family who tragically lost their billionaire father unexpectedly and to make matters worse he had no will. Sad outcome. Now for the mansion, it is well designed. It has plenty of storage space in it. I wish you would have shown the grounds. You could have spent more time going through the place. One update to this place would be adding an elevator in it and add some bidets, in the families bathrooms.

If he did not have a will you would think next of Ken would have been his children. Before anything gets settled that mansion would probably be decayed and have a lot of mold very sad. My goodness grandparents leave the mom live her life with her children in the mansion that their father built for his family. Very very selfish

The moment you found the pool and exclaimed about the smell of chlorine it became obvious that whomever is taking care of the place is also pillaging its contents. They are committing these crimes at their leisure without worry of detection because the thieves are the caretakers of this once magnificent home.
Gone are the grand and pricey chandeliers from the entry foyer to every room you explored. Now the thieves are stealing the wall sconces and replacing them with light bulbs just to still have light to steal more of the contents of this once great home. As you showed a price tag on the billiard/pool table, it occurred that many other furnishings throughout the home have already, more than likely, been stolen and sold.

In America, your estate goes through probate court when there is no legal Will. Who knows where his money or investments are but anything inside America, property, bank accounts, vehicles, investments are under our control until it goes through court. His wife will get 100% of it unless there are pending criminal charges or lawsuits filed against her or the estate.
I can definitely tell you everything, and I mean everything is blamed on Russia. Our government is extremely good at propaganda.

Has anyone thought that maybe there is a reason why his parents won't release any money etc to his wife and kids? Maybe there is a reason why he didn't a will. I know it's silly not too, but sometimes there is more to it. Maybe, she was involved in his death maybe, she wasn't a good person, maybe his parents bought it for him who knows.

It is not difficult to pronounce Anatoly Geraschenko's surname. It is ' JERA - SHINKO.' The 'G' sounds like a 'J'' and the 'E' in CHENKO sounds like an 'I' and the 'C' like an 'S.' Look it on up Google and the pronunciation is there for you.
