I share the same kinda sentiment here. But it's the end that makes me so sore-hearted. There are many stories where there are perfectly happy endings... but they never meant anything. Hachiko may as well just be a Walt Disney animation with a perfect fairytale ending, but it's not. It makes you sob for hours at the end, it makes you sleepless for like, a month, and it makes a mark on you for the rest of your life - why the movie's so touching and priceless. BTW - my bear of a brother-in-law dissolved into a pool of tears... that's how powerful the story is. I feel kinda suicidally emotional (not really, but you get what I mean) when they find each other again, at the train station... that's the most powerful part of the whole thing.
+Im All Fired Up At the end of the movie when his master came back it shows that when Hachiko died he was reunited with his master. So they are in a better place.
We watched the movie in our class many broke down in tears for me I like to think of it as when a love one dies don't cry you know one day you will reunite with them.We watch the movie for the dog tribute why do we deserve dogs :(

Me recordo a un perrito que yo tenia, se llamaba polo, yo le puse el nombre Un dia llegaron a la casa de un tio con un perrito que encontraron en la calle, recuerdo que era timido...tieso y no sabia comer, yo estube al lado de el todos los dias y a cada hora preocupandome si se sentia bien y jugando con el hasta que un dia (Paso en el campo) se comio una rata envenenada y se murio horas despues, nisiquiera pude despedirme de el porque yo estaba en otra ciudad, lo extraño tanto😢💔 No alcanzo ni a tener un añito, que en paz descanse mi polito❤
