He’s been jumping around, it’s probably just personal feel tbh. But yeah, I can’t really confirm that - it’s nice sometimes but it’s not something you can necessarily rely on at any given time for a win, but it could help substantially to stall druids/etc so u can redot or maybe fear. do you find blackout spec is pref. for your priest? or is the extra stats / output better overall?
