You can tell her bottom teeth are natural because they are yelllowed. That's the only place where this product might be effective. And what language is the word, "Calander?" It's not English. Did they actually misspell that word in their promo video??
She has veneers which don't stain at all, you don't need to whiten them and she doesn't use this product. She doesn't have veneers on her lower teeth though, they aren't as porcelain white.
I just bought this and have spent twenty minutes trying to open the fucking case off the mouthpiece and I’m ready to send back. What a RIDICULOUS way to package. There is nowhere to grip to even open. Waste of money.
Update…FINALLY was able to open. Next problem, the wand. The paste comes out a lot at a time and just clumps on your teeth instead of smoothly gliding on as the video indicates. I question whether she even put any on. So far not so good.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing that challenge. Sometimes it is hard to get the serum out of the wand from its thickness and since it is more of a gel rather than liquid. We recommend using a warm towel, or running it under warm water, and wrap the wand in it. Also, try turning it down (brush side towards the floor) and allow gravity to assist you with getting the serum out. Keep twisting until the serum comes out. It takes a while the first time but after that, it should come out easily.
