hi, my texture's won't change. they're in the same folder as the models i want them for [in my case, the hair]. what's happening? whenever i look it up, i get stuff for the white glitch, but this is happening with the skin textures too
im making a male character in an army soldier outfit, but the outfit has its own bones and when I try fit it onto the character it doesnt fit properly because the shape of the body isnt the same. what do I do? Im up to 10:04

Actually, you can make your own clothes/hair/textures/etc. in a 3d modeling program such as blender or metasequoia, and art programs (for textures) by editing the files :)
This is a great tutorial!! I used it for making my own model! Also, one question about physics : the skirt I used in my model extends down to the ground when physics is on. Is there any way to fix that? Thanks in advance ^^
Sorry for a very late comment, but u should save ur model first and then reload it in a new tab, Then it should work fine! (sometimes it bugs if u reload it, so just try to do it many times.)

I thinkmthis has to do with physics. I suppse you need to anchor the accessory and hair to th e base model... But I have yet to make a mmd model, so take all tht with a big spoon of salt

hey! when you select your model to move it to the side, make sure you select every bone, even the hidden ones. some of the stuff you need to select isnt shown in the video idk if thats your issue but it was mine lol

Every time I try and update the material it goes back to being blank (Like the TexView thing)

make sure the hair information and the base information are in the same file
the path nees to point to the correct texture file
(japanese models have garbled teture ilenames, so beware)

This happends to me too just don’t worry about that u justt load ur stuff then move the character again to the middle and it will be fine

Some people made friggin car mmds, it'll work with everything, but you'll have to adjust the bones accordingly then

It might be too late and you probably figured it out but go to the M tab in pmxeditor and hit edit and there will be an undo button
