Chance the Rapper formally endorses Chicago mayoral candidate

Rap artist Chance the Rapper endorsed Toni Preckwinkle for mayor today in Chicago, Illinois. Chance said he is fully behind Preckwinkle and believes she is the most qualified person to serve as mayor who will be accountable to the people of Chicago when it comes to gun violence.
