I just got back into working out about 4-5 months ago, after a 15 year hiatus. I always have trouble with shoulders. Mostly because it just happens to be a muscle group that I don't enjoy working and I've always been inclined to dumbell and barbell workouts. But I was given a couple resistance bands and I found this channel. Now - for shoulders- I do the 18min and 13min shoulder videos back to back. The pump is awesome. I can already see faster definition. I'm going to have to get stronger bands soon 😅 thanks guys! Love the videos!
Can I take a video of each muscle's workout you uploaded and make an exercise schedule 3 times a week.....like this 1st day : chest & tricep 2nd day : back & bicep 3rd day : legs & shoulders & abs
Whenever i do should lat raises or any exercise like that, my right shoulder pops. Doesn't necessarily hurt, it just feels uncomfortable. Does anyone know how to fix that and keep it from happening? Also is that something i should be worried about or is it normal?
This is the same workout as the one with dumbbells..i see what you’re doing here. You used to have one person using dumbbells and one using resistance bands in ONE video but now you make it into 2 videos for more money..
haha we wish more money... Unfortunately the ads revenue is same either way. We actually stopped for 2 reasons: We sometimes like to change the exercises depending on the equipment and the videos where bands and dumbbells were used didnt get shown as much by UA-cam. It seemed that putting the text "bands or dumbbells" in the title confused UA-cam and people so the videos did poorly in keyword ranking even though they should have done well.
Just finished this workout and I can already feel my shoulders getting stronger. Thanks for sharing!
This workout looks perfect for fitting in some shoulder exercises at home. Can't wait to try it out.
Love doing this workout!!
Tried your dumbell routine earlier today and now with the bands for the first time. I can't believe how much better my neck feels.
Thank you for this. Great workout
Amazing! Going to do this one again!
*You are the best!!! 🙌❤️🔥*
needed a change up on shoulder routine. This was a good change and I liked the jammers at the end.
Awesome workout! Done it twice now!
Awesome workout! Please upload workout for abs with resistance tube...

James Grage has a good band workout too. They are much easier on the joints.
Wow, day by day you’re getting fit 😇🌟
Thank you
Awesome workout. I went to 25 pds on the bands. Very intense but I survived. Thank you it was challenging 😥. Keep them coming

Why you should use resistance bands?
Easier on the joints, easier to take with you and gives you just as good results as weights.
Hello. We sent an email to you but got no reply. If you can see this message, could you pls give me a reply? Much appreciated.
