    You're so great, thank you so much. I learn my English only in High school. After that by watching movies helped me a lot. So in the mini quiz at the end, the last practice sentence is, “She’s English but she speaks French perfectly.”
    Shouldn’t there be a comma between “English” and “but”? Or is that an exception to the comma rule? Genuinely asking, I’d like to get into transcribing and I want to know all the rules.

    Hi. How does rule 5 apply to titles that begin with an article within or at the end of a sentence? For example: One of my favorite comedy sitcoms is The Goldberg’s.

    • @SparkleEnglish
      @SparkleEnglish  3 роки тому +2

      The title should always be capitalized even if it begins with an article or preposition. Generally, the last word should always be capitalized as well. Check out this website for help with capitalizing titles: titlecaseconverter.com/
      It will capitalize every title for you automatically following all the rules.

The uppercase must have sharp edges. I don't think this is true, am I correct? I never heard of something like this before! Is this some strange thing in common core? Or did they just have a teacher who misled them?
