I fasted for 24 hrs, having water and Crackers, then I prayed for God to draw nigh unto me. Then I ate some fig preserves on rye,took my vitamins,went and had a steak... and my energy was off the hook, so I do what I call "checking my iron"...
Standing in the light of God will make you shine.

You have a very strong frequency.. God created us and speaks to us with frequencies.. the higher the vibration.. the closer you are to God.. He does teach us how to use it.. by reading His word and putting it into action.. We are just His vessels.. God bless ya..
