On the issue of viewers comments occasionally I receive comments asking why their comment has been deleted when I have not seen their comment. Also I notice that quite a few times when I click the bell on my homepage I see a comment there but it does not appear on that particular videos comments section and it will not let me reply to it as when I click reply it disappears only to reappear with the same result again. Two of my regular viewers tell me their comments have been removed by You tube a few times. Sorry don't know what the fix is just having to live with the annoyance! In fact if you just put in Rex on the search on my channel he has made a few more such as Rex goes plane spotting or Rex really loves trains or Rex really loves Cats that is one that the word Cat might be misleading, Rex loves yellow sports cars. There may be a few off the wall ones such as Blind man with a stick is cured by Rex the dog. Have a look, might while away a few moments whilst having a little chuckle.
YT works in strange ways my friend ..sometimes I get a notification of a comment yet it disappears on my channel ..I can only assume it's when YT has an update and things get a bit scrambled ...also you may find mobile or PC has different or missing comments ...anyway nice video..
LK35 👍, buddy I think sometimes when we comment on many channels as we support many, I myself support many hundreds of fellow UA-camrs, what happens is that over commenting goes into Spam. I get that alot. But eventually comments to come up. I try to limit myself to 50 comments a day but sometimes it goes over and my comments don't appear. Happens to me all the time buddy. I think it’s a UA-cam glitch of some sort. Ditto about the comments. I have no idea how to fix this but if go to UA-cam studio beta and look at comments you haven’t responded to yet. I get the issue from certain channels. Excellent topic you’re not alone buddy

One thing I've noticed lately is how some videos I'm watching seem to pause themselves, not sure why. On a side note, it is good to have a break from other channels that have adverts pop up and play loudly, so thank you for not having ads. Particularly right now (in Australia) being bombarded with all the political junk :(

TPR...Many of us occasionally experience that problem! I put it down to old age! Try "Specsavers"!..😍....😍...! It's what I did, to get a new pair of glasses/spectacals....LOL..😂....😂...! P.S. You could also blame it on UA-cam!...😉...😉...! Take care!
I've been getting the same. I like to reply to every comment too. I've found that I get comment emails for most comments and others don't get emails but do appear in the central comments page of UA-cam. I think that's letting me catch every one but it wouldn't surprise me if I've missed a couple. I'd definitely recommend having both options to try to get them all.

I’m continuing to have the same problem. I try to reply to every comment … my wife comments on the video’s we have of her on her bike and they absolutely just disappear. Adjusted her status to manager of the channel and that still didn’t cure it. I’ve since changed my settings to not allowing comments until I approve them. I’m seeing some come through that once approved stay visible but I can’t measure if there are comments not appearing.

Thanks Mate, I have only become aware just recently when a subscriber asked if I had seen his comment on one of my videos as I had commented on one of his. He said that he had commented a number of times and I didn't see any. Another subscriber, I can't see his comments as Mr TPR but I can when I am logged into Hornet and Bandit, very odd. Most vids at some point I will get a notification of a comment, see the first words of the comment in that notification then click on it and its not there! Go to the vid its not there. Go to UA-cam Studio and check the section 'held for review' and again nothing. I tick the box on upload 'allow all comments' makes no difference. Not sure its anything we're doing wrong just a glitch in the UA-cam matrix

Some strange things happen on UA-cam sometimes but like you say it’s generally a great platform and with 30,000 hours of videos uploaded there every day it’s no wonder the bugs get in I guess.
It hasn't happened to me on the receiving end, but sometimes youtube deletes my comment right after I edit one. I'll finish the edit , click "SAVE", and then poof, my comment is gone forever. It may well have happened once on one of your videos last year. I always retype my comment as best I can and, when it's a long comment, I'll copy it before I post or edit a comment, just in case.

UA-cam has been hiding comments as long as I can remember. I get a notification of the comment sometimes, but it doesn't show when I try to open it. I don't think there is anything to be done, you could reach out to UA-cam on Twitter maybe, but we are all tiny channels and they really don't care too much about us little fish.

Seems odd, is it random or specific people? Not getting filtered out somehow just totally not visible to your channel account? What a great idea sharing your subscribers channels at the end of your vids may have to steal that, it's too awesome!
I thought the issue was specific people , however channels comments that I was unable to see earlier, I can now see them., so it must be random. I have checked all my settings. From other comments, it appears that this issue that has been around for years. Lets hope it resolves someday. You are welcome to steal my idea of sharing subscribers at the end, all good. 😃

Arrrrrrrrr....yes this is going on a lot and so many people I know are having the same problems ....why this is going on I can't work it out my self but what worse is disappearing SUB's some of the channels I know are 4 and 10k + in size and they are having 50 to 150 subs just poof gone and over night every day odd stuff going on with the UA-cam Gods.
Yes I normally don't do video's like this, however I really didn't want anyone to think I was ignoring them . I sometimes lose views and my subs go up and down often, however there is generally an upward trend which I am happy about 😁. I am pleased I can see your input Mate, thank you.
I had a few comments pop up from weeks ago. I felt bad that they thought I ignored them. It’s random. Same with channels I subscribed to coming up as unsubscribed. Hope you see this!

This happen to us on several occasions. We sometimes see the comments than for some reason we can't reply. We have no idea why this happens. We had someone email us asking why we don't answer their comments.
I've had that several times. Sometimes I can see the comment in my email, or when I click on the bell. If I go to reply to some comments, they disappear. Strange.
Mate, it happens to all of us. What's more concerning is that I hadn't heard from you in ages and I check on your channel and I have to sub again. This is unacceptable as we small channels work darn hard to earn 1 leget sub. When time permits, I'll get caught up on our content. Eric

I get comment notifications, and they aren't there. I change the "sort by" and it usually refreshes itself and shows other unseen comments. What irks me more is I keep getting unsubbed from channels. I see their comments, click on the name, and discover I have to re-sub. Just like I had to do now. Grrrrrrrr
I've had this happen from time to time, where I'll see the notification but I can find the actual comment. I would love to know how to prevent this as well. Kind of sucks when it happens. Mike

I've had the same problem, maybe ask them to look at their privacy settings, or check to see if it's been held for review in your own settings, I think you can report it Via the feedback at the bottom left in UA-cam studio, hope this helps 👍

This happened to me once (that I’m aware of) where I couldn’t see comments on my video page comment area, but I could see a viewer’s comment in my notification sidebar. Not sure what caused it, or how to fix it at all.
I have experienced this but to be honest not a lot. I found with some of mine the comments have been removed by the person commenting maybe this is happening to you too 🤔

UA-cam is buggy, and when they fix it, that causes more issues. Like trying to fix a screen door on a submarine, and it is a never ending problem with those that do not know how to code. I would not have built the submarine with a screen door, but some do not know how to code properly. I am sure UA-cam/Google have many individuals with degrees in their field, but the undocumented features like subscribers being dropped, and comments disappearing are just some of the great features that this platform has to offer. 😄
I have been having issues for ages (literal years) which is why my description has an apology in it for every vid. At this time i have found no fix. I have even had comments and videos removed from my channel for no reason at all. comments from years ago have recently come up in the studio that i had replied to that have now gone. only advice i can give is check the studio comments section often but even this isnt fail safe..... good luck bud hopefully you find a solution
I have seen similar problems. I have to toggle through publish vs not published and responded vs not responded. Then if someone replies to a reply I have to toggle the Published and Not responded. It is a pain. Even with doing all the above I find the PC finds some comments that the mobile app missed.
UA-cam don't seem to care about th. It happens frequently on my channel and it's very frustrating and annoying. Sometimes my comments on orhers' videos desappear also, and I've determined it's usually due to UA-cam not liking the VPN I'm using. If I switch my VPN off, or select a different endpoint, that fixes it. But it doesn't help when other people's comments disappear from my videos.
I don't think the disappearing comments is a glitch, I believe UA-cam does it on purpose to subvert smaller channels. Lots of smaller channeled Moto Vloggers here in the UK complain not only of that, but sub drops and disappearing likes. My new channel, this one which I've just started had 16 views and 8 likes within two hours, although the views are climbing slowly the likes dropped to 3 and remain there. Your very own comment recently appeared and given the nature of it I'm sure you also gave a like, yet likes remain at 3. Many people I'm subbed to and they to me we're regularly commenting, some I've not seen a comment from in months now. I've also searched to see what they're up to, having not had notifications, only to find I've been unsubbed?😤 It's truly dispicable of UA-cam to treat us this way, I see from the comments here it's a common occurrence with smaller unmonotised channels in particular. Perhaps we need to find another platform and also unsub from more sponsored channels untill UA-cam realises loosing us hurts them as much as they've hurt us!!

PS: My posts last night were trying to tell you, if you want "follow me" mode on the Mini, there's an app you can buy called Litchi, or there's a free one called Rainbow. Both have the ability to make the Mini follow you 👍

Arrrrrrrrr....yes this is going on a lot and so many people I know are having the same problems ....why this is going on I can't work it out my self but what worse is disappearing SUB's some of the channels I know are 4 and 10k + in size and they are having 50 to 150 subs just poof gone and over night every day odd stuff going on with the UA-cam Gods.

Yes I normally don't do video's like this, however I really didn't want anyone to think I was ignoring them . I sometimes lose views and my subs go up and down often, however there is generally an upward trend which I am happy about 😁. I am pleased I can see your input Mate, thank you.

I had a few comments pop up from weeks ago. I felt bad that they thought I ignored them. It’s random. Same with channels I subscribed to coming up as unsubscribed. Hope you see this!
Thanks mate, I have seen this 😎 I know some people who were subscribed to me who now aren't and they had not unsubscribed. Seems like a reasonably common issue. Lets hope it sort itself out at some stage. 👍
This happen to us on several occasions. We sometimes see the comments than for some reason we can't reply.
We have no idea why this happens. We had someone email us asking why we don't answer their comments.

I've had that several times. Sometimes I can see the comment in my email, or when I click on the bell. If I go to reply to some comments, they disappear. Strange.

Mate, it happens to all of us. What's more concerning is that I hadn't heard from you in ages and I check on your channel and I have to sub again. This is unacceptable as we small channels work darn hard to earn 1 leget sub. When time permits, I'll get caught up on our content. Eric

I too have that problem from time to time. I have no idea why. I get an email that they commented but when I click reply the comment is not there.

I get comment notifications, and they aren't there. I change the "sort by" and it usually refreshes itself and shows other unseen comments. What irks me more is I keep getting unsubbed from channels. I see their comments, click on the name, and discover I have to re-sub. Just like I had to do now. Grrrrrrrr

I've had this happen from time to time, where I'll see the notification but I can find the actual comment. I would love to know how to prevent this as well. Kind of sucks when it happens.

I've had the same problem, maybe ask them to look at their privacy settings, or check to see if it's been held for review in your own settings, I think you can report it Via the feedback at the bottom left in UA-cam studio, hope this helps 👍

This happened to me once (that I’m aware of) where I couldn’t see comments on my video page comment area, but I could see a viewer’s comment in my notification sidebar. Not sure what caused it, or how to fix it at all.

I have experienced this but to be honest not a lot. I found with some of mine the comments have been removed by the person commenting maybe this is happening to you too 🤔

@Tim Finning yes it is,another are such they watch less than 3mints or half of the video minutes ,they don’t comment what is related to the video just say hello 👋 hi and etc..yt deleted automatically..hope u may find helpful tips and will solve a bit solution..
I've had this problem on and off the past few years, some times they appear months later others don't. I guess its a UA-cam thing.

UA-cam is buggy, and when they fix it, that causes more issues. Like trying to fix a screen door on a submarine, and it is a never ending problem with those that do not know how to code. I would not have built the submarine with a screen door, but some do not know how to code properly. I am sure UA-cam/Google have many individuals with degrees in their field, but the undocumented features like subscribers being dropped, and comments disappearing are just some of the great features that this platform has to offer. 😄

I have been having issues for ages (literal years) which is why my description has an apology in it for every vid. At this time i have found no fix. I have even had comments and videos removed from my channel for no reason at all. comments from years ago have recently come up in the studio that i had replied to that have now gone. only advice i can give is check the studio comments section often but even this isnt fail safe..... good luck bud hopefully you find a solution

I have seen similar problems. I have to toggle through publish vs not published and responded vs not responded. Then if someone replies to a reply I have to toggle the Published and Not responded.
It is a pain. Even with doing all the above I find the PC finds some comments that the mobile app missed.

UA-cam don't seem to care about th. It happens frequently on my channel and it's very frustrating and annoying.
Sometimes my comments on orhers' videos desappear also, and I've determined it's usually due to UA-cam not liking the VPN I'm using. If I switch my VPN off, or select a different endpoint, that fixes it. But it doesn't help when other people's comments disappear from my videos.

I don't think the disappearing comments is a glitch, I believe UA-cam does it on purpose to subvert smaller channels. Lots of smaller channeled Moto Vloggers here in the UK complain not only of that, but sub drops and disappearing likes. My new channel, this one which I've just started had 16 views and 8 likes within two hours, although the views are climbing slowly the likes dropped to 3 and remain there.
Your very own comment recently appeared and given the nature of it I'm sure you also gave a like, yet likes remain at 3. Many people I'm subbed to and they to me we're regularly commenting, some I've not seen a comment from in months now. I've also searched to see what they're up to, having not had notifications, only to find I've been unsubbed?😤
It's truly dispicable of UA-cam to treat us this way, I see from the comments here it's a common occurrence with smaller unmonotised channels in particular. Perhaps we need to find another platform and also unsub from more sponsored channels untill UA-cam realises loosing us hurts them as much as they've hurt us!!
