House Flip 101- Episode 1: Newbies flip their first rental house in just two weeks!!!

We have always wanted to flip a house for short term vacation rentals! We bought an investment property a year ago and there were 5 tenants renting with a signed contract already in place. Those tenants have now moved out and we are embarking on the journey of flipping the home..... and we are trying to do it in 2 weeks for the Texas A&M vs. Notre Dame Game!!! Can we make it in time?!?!
